It was a great experience from the time we landed. Jo (one of the host) picked us up at the airport and gave us a quick tour of the island and pointed out some beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and their new Villa which they are working on. The space is very clean and everything was in working order. The beds are super comfortable and the air conditioning works great. We really enjoyed the first floor unit, being able to walk right out to the ocean was AWESOME! The free car was the cherry on top, we made use of it daily. The island is quiet and very laidback, which is exactly what we needed.

Expectations Exceeded on every level! The villa was more beautiful than the pictures. The beach and water were Spectacular! The amenities in and around the villa were beyond any rental unit we've ever stayed in! The Best Hosts Ever. Richard and Johamna are outstanding hosts. Quite Simply The best VRBO experience

We have rented dozens of VRBO properties. We have never received the level of service as we did at Love Villas.From airport pickup, island tour, stops to get supplies and getting us comfortable and familiar with our apartment (bottom floor) Richard and Joshi were unfailingly available, accommodating and genuinely invested in our stay.

Wonderful Stay In January.

We just got home from a week long stay at Love Villas in the Turtle suite (first floor). The property was wonderful in every aspect. Right on the beach for an amazing ocean view. Lovely facilities. Richard and Yohamna were wonderful hosts. They even offered useful advice when dealing with flight changes. Their suggestions for things to do and where to eat were spot on. You can't go wrong with Love Villas if visiting Grand Turk.

Love villa’s wonderful location right by the ocean is only the beginning. Plenty of beach to walk on and great sunsets. From start to finish the host Richard and Yosi made our stay totally amazing. All amenities were provided, No stone was left unturned. The Villa and beach access was bar none. Me and my spouse have stayed in many places all around the world and the US and LOVE Villas is #1 in our minds. Richard, Yochi, and the crew and first class service providers. The place is immaculate, the location is perfect, the potcakes are friendly, and the amenities are top of the line. Where else can you go where the host provides you a private car to use, don't worry about filling it up, he started your trip off with eggs, milk, wine, beer, and fresh bread stocked in the fridge, he picks you up and drops you off at the airport, and Yochi cut down a coconut for my spouse to drink from. We WILL be back to LOVE Villas many more times. Thank you Richard and Yochi for the perfect vacation.

Perfect Stay

Not sure what I can say that hasn't already been said, but our stay was perfect. Richard was a great host and checked in every day to see if there was anything he could do to make our stay more enjoyable. I cannot think of a thing that would have made it better! The condo was lovely, a great setup for 2 couples, well stocked and is in a great location (far away from the cruise ship activity). The furnishings were all top quality and you can tell that the condo was built by a person with high standards in workmanship (Richard). The car was a great perk that made it easy and fun to explore the island. We are already planning a return visit (or two).

Feb. 2019- the first morning I woke up in the "Love Villa"- I had to pinch myself- the view, the beach and wonderful accommodations were better than perfect. We were greeted by Richard (best host and so helpful and friendly)- at the airport and we enjoyed everyday on the quiet, beautiful, clean beaches of Grand Turks. If you are wanting to unplug, be pampered in a luxury condo and walk 10 feet to a pristine ocean- this is your place. We had all the "toys" to play in our front door blue water and enjoyed daily walks finding corral and pretty shells. An added bonus - our own cute "gem car" to tool around the island and explore new places. Thank-you, for a wonderful vacation and memories that will last forever- we'll be back!

Paradise Found

The closest thing to all inclusive you can get. From the moment we arrived on the island Richard, Joshi, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure every moment of our stay was magical. Having never traveled to Grand Turk before, the concierge service at the airport and the tour of the island reassured us we made the right choice in booking. The property is truly one of a kind. My wife and I have done our fair share of traveling in the caribbean, as well as the states, and this property is hands down one of the most well put together stays we have ever had. The cleanliness and attention to detail on the property are on a level most 5 star resorts would fail to match. From the chef's kitchen, premium linens, furniture and decor, to the plethora of outside amenities, no expense was spared to ensure guests would want for nothing. Love Villas has really thought of everything for a worry free stay. I struggle to write too good of a review simply because this is a secret I would love to keep. We loved the island and this place so much we started planning our next stay while we were there. If this is available for the dates you intend to travel don't hesitate to book it, it won't be there the next time you look.

Beautiful, relaxing villa

The listing is as clean and beautiful as the pictures present. Our family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2, school age children) had a wonderful vacation; from being picked up at the airport, to the lovely amenities and attentive responses from Richard, Yohamna and Joshi anytime we had questions. I very much appreciated the fresh fruit, bread, milk, eggs and wine that they provided us which made our first night and morning easy to manage! Having younger kids with us, it was nice to be able to cook some easy meals in the kitchen and on the grills. The whole layout of the villa was fantastic for our family. Our main goal for was relaxation and connection and this was completely accomplished here. We made daily use of the oceanfront property and snorkeled and paddle boarded. The floats and beach chairs/umbrellas were useful and we enjoyed them. We loved the convenience of the provided car and it gave me peace of mind to not have to plan for one other thing. We loved to tour the island, visiting various beaches and making use of the cruise center when the cruises were in port! Also had an amazing snorkel and stingray excision with Deep Blue charters and would highly recommend them as well. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and sincerely hope to return in the future!

The reviews from previous guests convinced my husband and I to visit LOVE villas. Now that we have we concur every comment in the excellent reviews is spot on. Better yet, we now have our own ehmazing experience of our wonderful and relaxing vacation in Turtle villa on the beautiful Caribbean ocean where we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. We walked the beautiful beaches every morning and enjoyed seeing turtles and rays. We played with the quality equipment Richard offers; stand up paddle boards, floats and fat tire bikes and the GEM car. Richard is a kind and genuine host, taking great attention to the smallest of details that made our stay so enjoyable. We appreciated the wine, beer, bread, butter, eggs and milk he provided to get us started upon arrival. The linens and beds are extremely comfortable and the two headed shower a real treat. The locals are very friendly and welcoming, safety was not a concern no matter where we were on the island. We have travelled and stayed at many properties throughout the Caribbean but the experience we had at the LOVE Villa and Richard & Yohamna’s hospitality made this by far and away our best vacation! We will be back!

A little slice of paradise

Our time at Love Villas was an experience that we will never forget. Located only steps from the water, Love Villas provided the backdrop for a wonderful week in paradise. Richard and Yohamna thought of everything to ensure a wonderful experience. From the paddle boards to the snorkel gear to the bikes to the electric vehicle available during our stay, the amenities available were unparalleled. The electric vehicle allowed us to easily explore the island and experience all the island has to offer. We enjoyed experiencing the various restaurant options, visiting the local fish market, diving, snorkeling, fishing and generally tooling around the island. The picturesque blue waters just steps from the backdoor was an experience unto itself. It was so refreshing to awake each morning to the gorgeous views. The attention to detail at Love Villas was noticeable and appreciated with the villa designed and decorated to ensure comfort and relaxation. Leading up to our stay, Richard and Yohamna were extremely responsive and willing to answer any question. Richard and Yohamna call Grand Turk home and are excited to share the island which made the experience even better. This is the place to go!!!!!

We had a wonderful time! We dreamed of an incredible view, imagined sunny skies, warm, clear blue water, snorkeling steps away from our door, comfort and attention to detail. We got it all and more from Love Villas! Richard, Yohamna and Joshi met our every need and were immediately available and ready to assist us if we had a question. Joshi, the manager, is on site often, and is kind and knowledgeable about the island. We loved lounging on the patio and reading, accompanied by the lap of waves. The blue water and skies are the best eye candy you can imagine! The amenities are fabulous! A car, bicycles, floaties and paddleboards are readily available. The kitchen is stocked with high-end appliances and there is filtered water and a large washer and dryer. There are lots and lots of beach and bath towels. The king-sized beds are fabulous, and the villa is impeccably clean. We saw flamingos fly by, and although you can snorkel in front of the villa, we also took a snorkeling trip with Emerald Escapes. They took us to “the wall” and other places where we saw hundreds of colorful fish. It is spectacular! We highly recommend booking a stay at Love Villas - there’s no place like this on Grand Turk and we are already planning our return! Thank you Richard and Yohamna for the best vacation ever!!!

I have stayed at many, many short term rental properties. If I were to rank them, Love Villas would be number one. The villa itself was spectacular. The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated with high quality furniture and linens, spotlessly clean with absolutely no wear and tear, and had every amenity you could possibly imagine to make your stay comfortable and fun - - from rafts, paddle boards and snorkeling equiptment to deck loungers, beach chairs and umbrellas. To top it off, each villa comes with the use of a new car. The Villas are just steps from a beautiful beach, clear sparkling water and a sunset view. From the deck, I even spotted a Humpback Whale. Large conch shells were easily found on the beach. Within a short walk from the Villas is a wonderful restaurant called Jurika's plus a fresh (as in caught that day) fish market. Richard was a phenomenal host. He was waiting for us at the airport and transported us to The Villas with a quick tour on the way. He was always available to help or answer questions at a moment's notice. He kindly stocked the villa with some basic groceries, a bottle of wine, freshly baked bread and a big bowl of fruit. Honestly, our stay could not have been more perfect. We will definitely return.

A Taste of Paradise

Our stay at the Love Villa far surpassed our expectations despite having read the 5 star reviews prior to booking. Richard went above and beyond , even offering assistance before we arrived. Our travel was delayed by a day due to waiting on Covid test results. He offered helpful suggestions as well as even offering to help us change our flight from Provo into Grand Turk. Once we arrived in Grand Turk he was there to pick us up giving us a helpful tour of the island prior to checking in to the villa. The villa was exceptional and Richard’s great eye for detail was reflected in every aspect. He didn’t miss a thing in making sure the villa had the necessities for a relaxing stay. Even had a fresh pineapple in the fruit bowl perfect for our pina colada's made in the Ninja blender to enjoy in the insulated cups on the beach ( 9 steps from the Villa) in the beach chairs under the umbrella! Richard is not at all intrusive how ever just a stones throw away for assistance. The car was an added bonus for touring the island and the paddle boards for touring the waters. We so enjoyed our stay at love villas , loved the people of grand Turks and the beauty of the island. The only downside of our trip is that we didn’t stay long enough. We will be back and will definitely be staying at the Love Villa.

If Paradise Is Half As Nice.....

It is hard to pinpoint how to put into words just how nice the Love Villas truly are. Richard & Yohamna are the ultimate hosts. From picking you up at the airport to giving you a tour of the island and villa, their wealth of knowledge of local cuisine cannot be duplicated. The villa is by far the nicest on the island and in the perfect location for what we needed and wanted. No expense was spared and no detail overlooked to maximize your stay at Love Villas. To have such a personal touch with the guests Richard continues to strive to improve the experience, asking for any and all suggestions to create a superior experience. After spending a week here there was not one thing that we would change about our stay or suggestions that could enhance this tropical sanctuary. The water outside your door is pristine, one day we laid on rafts in the ocean for almost an entire hour without being tossed off or taken to shore, it is as if the ocean was content with us being there. The GEM car that they provide is the icing on the cake. This is a lifesaver around the island and only adds to the above and beyond amenities that Love Villas offers its guests at this price point!! I could go on and on about how great these people are and this property is but do yourself a favor and stop looking. This is the place for you, just don't book it on our week! :)

Celebrity Type Experience for an Amazing Value

Turks and Caicos draws top celebrities and executives because it is absolutely exquisite. Water like no where else in the world, as well as kind and generous islanders make it a top-notch destination. I am not a celebrity, however, just a discerning traveler who appreciates exceptional value. We have traveled all over the world and stayed at many different resorts but Turks has long been on our list of desired destinations. LOVE Villas made our bucket list vacation a reality! LOVE Villas on Grand Turk (a small inter-island flight from Providenciales, which I was previously terrified of, but would totally do again because its fast, smooth and not nearly as scary as I thought it would be) allowed us to have our favorite vacation EVER while totally feeling like we were famous celebrities. From the private airport pick up, to the details of the villa and amenities, Richard has spared no expense to create a luxurious experience that will pass the snuff test of the most discerning travelers. Each Villa is immaculately scrubbed between guests, including the vents and air conditioners. The linens, furnishings and details are all of highest quality. Everything looks and smells brand new. And Richard provides customer service which rivals any custom concierge experience. Long walks on the beach, paddle-boarding, snorkeling as well as our favorite restaurant (Bohio Resort) are all available just steps out your door. The water, beach and view are breathtaking and photos do not even begin to capture their true idyllic beauty. If you want an experience of a lifetime you must add LOVE Villas Grand Turk to your list. We cannot wait to return! Oh and if you have stopped on a cruise ship, that doesn't even begin to show you the true Grand Turk experience. Thank you Richard for providing an experience out of reach for most of us who aren't celebrities or high-level executives. Please keep it that way. You have done a fantastic job creating a destination like no other!

How can we top this next year!!

As we prepared to leave the Villa for our trip home, we all agreed this trip would be very hard to top! Our stay was one of the most relaxing and stress free. Richard made himself available before the trip, and during, for our many questions. He picked us up at Grand Turk airport and gave us a tour of the island before dropping us at the Villa. We pre-ordered groceries, and of course, a few beverages. Both were at the Villa waiting for our arrival. The Villa is beautiful. Everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Beautifully decorated with top end appliances. We made breakfast every morning and it was a joy to cook in the kitchen. You don’t need to worry about brining anything other than liquor and the food you want to enjoy. The Villa has cookware, dishes, glassware, bakeware, thermo mugs, coolers, paddle boards, snorkel equipment, water shoes, and towels. There is even a washer and dryer so you can pack lighter. The king size beds are very comfortable and there are TV’s in every room. We finally figured out how to find the music channels so we could listen to music in the evenings and watch the sunset from the deck. The beach is beautiful, and you have your choice of sitting on the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas or sitting on the deck with very comfortable lounge chairs. Richard also added a hi-top table and chairs to the deck, which gave us a perfect place to enjoy coffee and our breakfast. The location is perfect. One of the popular snorkeling spots is just a few yards off the beach in front of the Villa. We even saw whales one morning from the deck. It’s also a short walk down the street to shop for souvenirs. For exploring the island, you have the use of an electric car. We visited all the local attractions and many of the restaurants. We had a lot of fun and always felt safe on the island. Richard picked us up at the Villa and took us back to Grand Turk airport for our trip home. As we reminisced about our great experience during the trip, we all agreed this would be a hard trip to top. So maybe…we just book again for next year!! I hope you enjoy your vacation as much as we did!

More than "Stunning!"

I can't say enough what a fabulous place Love Villas is and how gracious the owners, Richard and Yohamna are......without a doubt, more than "stunning!" Richard met us at the airport and had wine, beer, milk, eggs, fruit and bread from The Ridge (fantastic local restaurant; ate there several times) available on our arrival. He helped us into the Villa and spent time answering all the questions we had. He also offered to show us around the island, but we declined as we just wanted to sit on our back "porch" and enjoy the view. When not on the beach or exploring the island, my friend and I spent time relaxing in the condo while staring at the beautiful blue and green water just steps away from our large glass door.....what a view! The condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need or want; to include: Kitchen items, filtered water, ice maker, toiletries, TV in every room, air conditioning, luxurious linens, water equipment, abundance of towels, beach chairs, beach toys etc. This is the first place I have ever stayed where a car was provided! Did not have to worry about dealing with a rental company or getting a taxi (unless we chose to do so). What a great addition to all the other upgraded amenities! Richard and Yohamna were extremely accommodating and always willing to assist in any way. After my friend and I had stayed a week, her daughter and friend joined us for the second week....Richard made sure the entire unit was cleaned and ready for their arrival.....he wanted to make sure everything looked as clean and fresh as it did when my friend and I first arrived! After the younger girls left, Richard had it cleaned again for our final third week. I want to also mention that not only did Richard pick us all up from the airport (2 trips), he also took us all back (2 trips); and, each time he helped with all the luggage and made sure things went smoothly while checking in at the the airport......he even came back to the airport to make sure we had the required COVID paperwork! I have had the opportunity to visit several islands and I can honestly say, Love Villas (we stayed in the Turtle Villa) is a "top of the line" rental.....the cleanest and most comfortable of all the places I have ever stayed! I would give it 10 Stars if I could and definitely recommend it above all others! Thank you for making our stay one of the best ever!
