The Seahorse Villa consist of 2 Master Bedrooms with King Beds, 2 Master Bathrooms With Travertine Tile Floors and Mahogany Vanities with Granite Tops! The Bedrooms are separated by a Great room with Pocketing glass doors that open to your Veranda! Pictures can't capture the many turquoise colors of the Ocean. You have to experience it to believe it! The Gourmet Kitchen has Mahogany Cabinets with Granite Countertops and Stainless Steel Samsung Appliances, along with a huge bar. Each Villa has it own washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside you have a Beautiful Travertine Patio with just 9 steps down to the Beach. First visit to Grand Turk

The villa was well appointed with attention to every detail. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a loaf of artesian bread, a dozen eggs, a few beers and an assortment of fresh fruit in the villa. Yohamna took the time to drive us around the island for a quick tour and catch a great sunset over the ocean and made reservations at the Ridge cafe for us. If you want to get away and worry about nothing and just relax on a beach, this is the place!

Perfect

I am really struggling to find the correct superlatives to describe Love Villas. As far as a VRBO is concerned these are perfection. Very clean, very comfortable, amazing views, great beach, fantastic hosts, so many, many extras included in the rental. Believe everything you see in the listing and the reviews. I could go on and on but I will just say we booked next year while we were still there. We have never done that before. Thank you Richard and Joshi for making our stay so wonderful. Can't wait to see you next year!

AMAZING

All in all, best property on the island!!! We had such a great trip we didn’t want to leave!!! Richard is so attentive to all details and the locals LOVE Richard! And telling them we are staying at love villas they were always so excited to hear we are staying on the island and not with the cruise ships! The car was amazing and such a great amenity to have which we were able to get around the island easy, and have access to all restaurants and grocery stores. We shopped at Grace way grocery and they had everything we needed and more! The donkeys and dogs were some of our favorite things because we are huge animal lovers!! We all in all can’t wait to come back to this GEM!

Fantastic/Amazing - Words don't describe!

The Love Villas were just incredible......from the pickup/dropoff at the airport, to the tour of the island, to the use of a car, to the restaurant recommendations and the welcoming atmosphere. At the end of every vacation I've been on, I have always been ready to head home, but not this time. There is just something about this place that leaves a mark on you. There was just a sense of peace, the island is not crowded at all, and the pace was just slower and more relaxed. There is so much to do just outside of the villa doors with bikes, paddle boards, floats, and just the gorgeous beach. Our favorites around the island: The Ridge Cafe has wonderful breakfasts/lunches/dinners. Island Breeze Catering also provided us many delicious meals. Deep Blue Charters has a snorkeling and Gibbs Gay trip that I cannot stop thinking about, they treated us so well. The second snorkeling stop near Round Cay is to die for! Kayaking on North Creek in the mangroves. Fishing in multiple places around the island. Richard's recommendation for a spot on Governor's Beach that was just gorgeous and we had the entire beach to ourselves! Everyone on the island was very welcoming and friendly. It's a very special place, and we have gushed about it so much that we have multiple friends asking for the information so they can have their own stay in paradise. We feel like we've been let in on an amazing secret, finding this place. Already dreaming of our return.

Wow! Such a Beautiful Place!!

My husband, brother and sister-in-law booked this place back in May for our November Anniversary Celebration trip - and we are sure glad we did! Everything was magnificent - from the original booking, the communication with the owner, being picked up at the airport, the personalized tour of the island with suggestions for things to do and taking us back to the airport! The condo was beautiful with very high end furnishings and they left nothing to be desired. One of the best perks was the GEM electric car that comes with the rental! Super thoughtful and very practical for getting around on the island. The owners are wonderful people as well! We loved being right on the beach and very close to some pretty great snorkeling. It was a fabulous trip - so take my advice and book your stay today! Oh! And did I mention that beautiful turquoise water?!?!

Cleanest and most well equipped vacation rental

My title says it all - I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years and this is the cleanest and most well equipped vacation rental ever and completely lives up to the photos and the reviews.The kitchen has everything you could need and nothing looks old or badly maintained. They even have insulated cups to take to the beach with you.The balcony and/or lounges downstairs are really comfortable and we spent hours and hours just sitting outside and reading. You do hear the bass from John's bar down the road (and sadly it is the one place open late) when you are outside, but this isn't the fault of the property and it's easy to forget about it with the sound of the surf. These villas are extremely well built and you do not hear your neighbors, John's, or even the surf when the doors and windows are closed. The hosts are nice and responsive and the property manager, Jochy, was awesome. He always had a smile on his face and was willing to help as quickly as he could.The villa is within a mile of a handful of restaurants and a couple of bars and there is a small grocery store right around the corner, with a larger one also about a mile away. We used the conveniently provided car for a couple of jaunts, including a larger grocery run, but if you don't want to drive anywhere, you can easily not.Grand Turk is safe and everyone is friendly. This isn't a fancy place - it's a place to wind down and truly get away from everything.

WE LOVE LOVE VILLAS!

This was our second trip to Turks & Caicos and to Love Villas - so that should speak volumes in and of itself! It's so easy to get to, the hospitality is the best of the best and the condo is well equipped, clean and just stunning. Grand Turk is way less busy than Providenciales....allowing you to relax and feel like you're really getting a sense of the island and how the locals live. The four of us rented a private charter from Deep Blue Charters one day and did 1/2 day whale watching and 1/2 day fishing. Such a great and informative time where we not only got to see whales, but some of us swam with them too! Amazing! We love having a car provided so we can tool about the island & explore. Our group is pretty "chill", so we enjoyed just the one excursion and then just snorkeling on our own. If you dive, I hear the diving is fantastic too! Fabulous place and spectacular hosts. Can't wait to go again. Did I mention we've inquired about a 30 day stay for next time?!?

Unforgettable Island Retreat: A Grand Turk Gem!

"We had an incredible stay at this villa on Grand Turk! The host was not only exceptionally kind but also a wealth of information about the island. His recommendations for restaurants, swimming spots, and insights into Grand Turk's history truly enriched our experience. The property manager was equally wonderful, displaying kindness and hard work throughout our stay. The villa itself was impeccable—clean, well-kept, and provided a comfortable haven during our vacation. The pictures posted on the Love Villas and VRBO websites mirrored the stunning online imagery! The added convenience of having a car provided made exploring the island incredibly easy. One of the highlights was definitely the delicious food available, and the opportunity to snorkel and paddleboard right off the beach added an exciting dimension to our stay. Honeymoon

For our honeymoon, my husband and I happened to pick the same rental…and chose LOVE Villas for our stay! We both wanted to get away from the resort atmosphere and find a quiet and relaxing place. We found GOLD in this paradise! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Richard is the most thoughtful, prepared and informational host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the area for a private tour after picking us up from the airport. When we arrived to the condo, Richard showed us how to work all the remotes and thermostats. He even stocked basic groceries (to include beer and wine) in the fridge. We loved the fresh local bread! The condo is really relaxing and welcoming. The color palate Richard and Yohamna used matched the shades of TURKoise and sun of Grand Turk! It’s so lovely! The kitchen contains everything you need (even Ninja blender and coffee maker!) to prepare meals and more. The bed is amazing and the patio is clean and comfortable. We loved having breakfast while watching the waves. The location was incredible. It was so nice walking down a few steps to get to the beach. I was worried about and influx of people from the cruise ships docking on the island but it was not an issue at all. There are paddle boards, floats, bikes and a car awaiting your arrival. The float was my husbands favorite! The shells and coral is amazing! Checking out the little beaches on the island is a must! During our stay, we walked most places to take in all the scenery (and because LOVE villa is close to everything). The locals are so kind and welcoming. The food is delicious (all thanks to Richard’s recommendations!) Lori brought us two meals and is a great chef, even made a birthday cake for my husband! Joshi, Richard’s right hand man is awesome! He gave me his number to call if we had any concerns or needed anything! He was present sometime every day to make sure every outside area was clean and organized. He worked on the grill so we could cook one night. I mentioned that I wanted a coconut and the next day, Joshi had brought one! We met wonderful people from the other floors and had the best honeymoon ever! Thanks for going way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We will be back, Jasmine and John Speight

It doesn't get better then LOVE VILLAS! It is the equivalent of a 5 Star resort with three condos!

We will be back! That should say it all! I researched for roughly a month to find a safe island for sun and salt during our snowy winter. I kept coming back to Richard's Love Villas. I booked for 17 days in January 2019. Richard picked us up from the airport, pointed out some spots to highlight and then took us to Love Villas. We were stunned that it was possible for the Villa to actually be even better then the pictures portrayed! Richard explained how to work everything including the remote controlled awning, the Gem electric car, the beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, bikes, snorkel equipment, water shoes etc., As you are catching on....This is like an all inclusive resort with out all the extra charges and crowded beaches. (Sans food and drink) Richard doesn't check you in, never to be seen again. He is present now and again to make sure your needs are met. He made dinner reservations for us and two dive trips to swim the stingrays. The dive company he chose was fantastic. They were Eco Friendly and didn't load their boat with too many people. Richard's knowledge gave us a lasting experience. He also booked us a horse back riding trip which was very fun and safe. From the beach in front of Love Villas there is a "resident" small-ish stingray. We were told we may see him. Around day 9 four of us were standing in waist high beautiful water and this little guy circled around us for about a half hour. We said he had FOMO....Fear of missing out. : ) My sister snorkeled out pretty far and saw three sea turtles, two really large. Right in front of the Villa you can see all kinds different fish, be it not very big but some very colorful. The Gem Electric Cars are fun to drive and so handy to explore the island. Our favorite place to eat was up on the ridge so this was a drive. We drove to the light house, Govenors Beach (beautiful) and other places for lunch, dinner and the grocer. We waved and said hello to everyone or they greeted us first. The islanders loved our Gem Cars! Richard is highly regarded on the island. He and his wife (I wish I could spell her name) are so kind and interesting to talk with. They both will never be forgotten. In the time I was here I had two sisters visit at different times. All of us felt the same way....We have never felt so comfortable away from home so quickly as we did at Grand Turk Love Villa. The very first night we all slept like babies.

Love Villas - WOW!

This is it! LOVE Villas is all you ever wanted in a vacation. The owners, Richard and Yohamna, have thought of literally everything! When they say, "all you need to bring is your swimsuit," they are NOT kidding. We found the villa to be delightfully secluded but could venture into busier areas within walking distance. Yohamna gave us a quick tour of the island after we landed and made recommendations for the must-do's. She was spot on! The Ridge Cafe, for example, did not disappoint... Ed and Amanda's food was outstanding to say the least. We were able to scuba right out in front of the property... when we weren't resting peacefully on the water in floats. Every amenity is provided. From beach-safe dishware to bug spray, paddle boards to fresh pineapple, LOVE Villas delivers. Yoshi, the caretaker, is as delightful as the scenery. When you picture a turquoise-watered trip, Grand Turk and LOVE Villas should pop into your mind!

Simply Spectacular

Pictures speak a thousand words. Everything was as wonderful as seen in the pictures. Richard was a gracious host and accomodated anything you needed. From Eggs and milk already in the fridge to recommending the best places to eat. The Ox Tail dinners are amazing! We did get stuck in Hurricane Oscar but It did not hamper the accomodations. We are definately returning to this property on our next visit.

Richard is one of the best host we ever had. From checking in on us from before taking our trip to ensure we had everything in order to upon arrival. We were picked up, and shown around. The villa is completely equipped with everything and anything you can think of. Did we mention that you have a vehicle included with your stay! We were able to go out and about. Exceptional Paradise Get Away

Words are hard to come by when talking about Love Villas. My wife and I have traveled the West Indies using VRBO almost a dozen times in the last 4 years and hands down this place is by far the nicest and best equipped we have ever stayed in. Yohamna and Richard have thought about every detail when it comes to your stay plus they are salt of the earth people. The furnishings, kitchen, beach equipment, car and suggestions are world class. Look No Further Paradise Found!

Paradise, Utopia, Pure Heaven! There are not enough words to accurately describe our week here! This property is top-notch and perfect in every way. It was exactly as described and had so many wonderful amenities that made our stay flawless. The location on the island and the beach made for a magical experience. The sunsets were spectacular every night and the views almost didn't seem real. When looking out the large sliding glass doors it felt like a beautiful painting of the ocean. Josei and Richard both checked on us during our stay to ensure we had the perfect vacation experience. We took advantage of the wonderful suggestions Richard provided for a boat ride and sting ray encounter with Emerald Escapes and thoroughly enjoyed Lori's food delivery for our arrival and a final farewell steak dinner (that was amazing). Josei picked us up from the airport, showed us around the island, and provided great information about stores, food, and more. We honestly could not have had a more perfect week. I have already shared this property and our experience with so many of our friends and family and we are already planning a return trip! My husband and I have decided this will be a yearly trip for us. This vacation rental is a treasure we were fortunate to find in Grand Turk! Trust me Book now and you will not be disappointed!

Best view ever!!

Look at that sunset!! That's what I said every night and it never got old. Great accomodations with excellent views. We were well taken care of and appreciated the ride to and from airport, island tour and the car for us to use. All of the extras available at the Villa made it feel like home, but with the ocean at our doorstep. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality. When you say, "paradise awaits", you aren't kidding. 😎

Amazing!

I've stayed at many VRBO's and I would rate this one as my absolute favorite. The location is beautiful. The unit was very clean. The property owners were great. They were extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.
