Welcome to our warm and inviting luxury waterfront home perfectly situated at the end of a culdesac in the waterside community of Ozona. Here you will find yourself away from the crowds yet ideally located just minutes from all the world class amenities that North Pinellas County has to offer.

Soak in the serene water views from the open and bright second floor living area; lounge by the pool and listen for the slap of dolphin tails as they feed in the waters off the hardwood dock; launch the double kayak or SUP and explore the waterways, intercoastal islands and bird sanctuaries then return for a cocktail and a soak in the hottub as the sun sinks over the water and leaves you feeling like you could stay forever.

A short bike ride and you'll find yourself on the famous 38 mile long Pinellas Trail where you can head north past the natural spring at Wall Spring Park to the quaint Greek settlement of Tarpon Springs with its active sponge docks and buzzing restaurants or south to the charming town of Dunedin, spring home to the Toronto Blue Jays and the spectacular beaches of Honeymoon Island, voted #1 State Park in Florida. Take an evening stroll to Downtown Palm Harbor where you will find a selection of local breweries and fun eateries or catch the Jolly Trolley to enjoy the nightlife of Clearwater Beach. You'll be only minutes from the four championship courses at Innisbrook Golf Resort where you can tee off like a champion or watch one play on the world famous Copperhead course.

Our custom home has been decorated with the comforts of home in mind. You'll find many unique features including a hearty wood burning fireplace for chilly winter evenings. The master king suite is extremely spacious and the luxury ensuite boasts a large soaking tub, double shower heads, rain shower and dual towel heaters. The additional three bedrooms are bright, cheerful and comfortable with easy going beach decor and colors. The spacious kitchen is the heart of the home and features expansive granite counters, high end appliances and a full selection of oils, seasonings and spices for you to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy good times with family and friends.

We were in town for a family wedding and had a wonderful time - this home has everything you’ll need! Well equipped…Kitchen, laundry, and bathroom supplies provided. This home was very big, beautiful and clean! The view is amazing! The pool is clean. The kitchen is gorgeous! The beds are comfy. Eating dinner and watching the sunset is so wonderful in this house. Relaxing views

A beautiful home, tastefully decorated, quality linens and well-equipped kitchen. We loved having morning coffee and evening cocktails on the screen porch overlooked the bayou and the very nice pool and spa. We saw so many birds and dolphins. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed biking. A fine bike trail is just minutes away. We walked to a few good restaurants and biked to cute village of Ozona.

Beautiful home and property

We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully maintained property. We enjoyed biking to Dunedin for lunch. Kayaking and paddling boarding around the bayou. Best of all was just sitting on the screened porch or by the pool and enjoying the wild life. Many different birds, fish jumping and best of all dolphins. The house is well supplied with necessities and the owner is very responsive to any questions. I would definitely recommend this property.

First time to Florida

There is a reason this a 5 star property, we have stood in many VRBOs this one was the cleanest well stocked and looked even better in person The views ,the pool and even our boat that we rented simply pulled up to the back of our house and we were off. I cannot say enough nice things about this house . Even after a long day at the beach the whole family enjoyed the pool at night we cooked together and the neighborhood was beautiful and it was nice to be away from the crowds. Early morning coffee and watching the dolphins in the backyard beautiful birds in the morning watching the boat pass by all around just an outstanding stay.

Perfect, everything was perfect.

It’s a beautiful home located on a bayou filled with wading birds and dolphins fishing or just passing by. The sunrise creates a pink hue on the water and the sky and the sunsets are glorious. The house is well stocked, sparkling clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The screened porch which opens into the living room is a magical place to watch the world pass through the bayou. Beds are great, too. The host is lovely and communicative. Located a very short, safe distance from the Pinellas bike trail that leads you to remarkable visits to Wall Springs, Tarpon Springs and Dunedin.

Amazing house for a family

This is such a great property. We loved the amenities in the house including the heated pool and the fully stocked kitchen. The location is great, so close to downtown Palm Harbor. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our three teenage boys. It was so convenient to have the two adult bikes, my husband and I rode the Pinellas Trail into downtown Dunedin. I really enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch having my cup of coffee in the morning and looking for dolphins. My husband enjoyed grilling dinner one night while we all were able to enjoy the outdoor space. Plenty of towels for bathing and the pool. The communication with the owner was timely. Would definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

Wonderful stay in Palm Harbor

We had an enjoyable visit to Palm Harbor. Our stay at the Gulf and Golf Oasis was a big factor. The home was as advertised. It was very clean and attractively decorated. We cooked several meals at the house and all we needed to supply was food. All cooking utensils and cooking needs were present. We also enjoyed eating at the house overlooking the water. We observed pelicans and dolphins retrieving their dinner from the water in front of us. We did have several questions during our visit. The owners were quick to respond and were very pleasant. Overall we would not hesitate to stay again in the future and would recommend this location.

Wonderful spot for Blue Jays spring training

My husband, my parents and I wanted a house near Dunedin so we could watch some spring training and enjoy a pool in between games. Caryn’s place exceeded our expectations and we would happily book it again in the future. When we arrived, the house was very clean and there were instructions for everything. The pool and hot tub were such a pleasure after a day in the sun. It was also nice to have some pool toys to use. We enjoyed using the board games at night and it was so nice to sit out on the screened porch. Our bedrooms were comfortable and there were more than enough towels and linens for our group. Any questions we had were answered promptly by Caryn. If the place was available for longer, we definitely would have extended our stay.

This house has it all!!

We had a very rough start to our vacation as our flight was cancelled multiple times but Caryn was an absolute rock star to work with us to get or vacation on track!!! Starting with delivering our grocery pick up right to the house and putting it away!! Sooo amazing!!! We arrived very late or early in the am I should say and not having to go shopping was amazing!!! The house is very nice and well maintained with lots of amenities we didn’t need to buy. It is very nicely decorated and definitely slept great on the beds! Nice quiet area and the pool and the dock in the backyard were amazing!! We are a fishing family and had many hours of fun fishing of the dock. The fish bit great and the bait shop is only minutes away. There was even fishing gear there to use!!! One thing that is super important in a Vrbo is communication and Caryn was amazing!!! We would love to rent this property again!!!

Not exactly as listed....

I'll start by saying the house itself was very clean and well stocked but at this price point (approx. 1K a night) it's supposed to be. All of the reviewers who were so effusive probably haven't stayed at this level before. We have and this is standard.I'm a professional photographer and part of the trip was taking pics out the back of the house. Unfortunately there was an enormous boat parked out back, blocking the view. This boat is not in any photos and yes, as a professional photographer I too would have told them to get that eye sore of a boat out of my 'money shots' as in "we ain't selling a boat we're selling real estate". When I told management I needed the boat out of there I was told by the owners "we store our boat on the boat lift and do not have any alternative storage location". I took photos in the exact spot the real estate photographer stood but there is no where to upload. In addition, one neighbor kept popping in to 'look in on the pool' which was usually low on water and always dirty-never saw the pool service just the nosy neighbor checking on us. I have more to add about the lack of privacy, noise (forget about taking a nap out back) and the neighbors who hate that they live near a Vrbo but I'll leave it here unless I can upload some of my real estate shots.

Great Property and Great Renters

The house is truly beautiful and in a great quiet location. We were able to enjoy the pool and gulf and even got to see dolphins at night. We went with another family with 4 young kids and everyone enjoyed themselves. we had 1 issue with the fridge not working properly but the owner did everything possible to make sure we were able to enjoy our stay despite the inconvenience. I would recommend this place to anyone.

In the USA we found a country full of friendly faces and unlimited possibilities which we eagerly tapped into through hard work and integrity. In 2006, with two young toddlers, we were blessed to be able to purchase our dream waterfront home. Here we raised our family, enjoying the laid back Ozona community and making the most of the incredible waterfront lifestyle. Over the years we have delighted in hosting visiting family and friends in our home and sharing the joys of the peaceful water views and incredible sunsets. In recent years we have had the opportunity to explore other passions on our hobby farm, only an hour from our home. Our daughters have grown to share our love of the farm and with a growing homestead of chickens, goats, sheep, horses and cows we decided to relocate full-time to the farm. It is now our joy to share our much loved views and sunsets with countless travelers from around the country and indeed the world . . . and when the farm permits us some downtime, we relish the opportunity to enjoy more special times back in the home we love.

Walk through our front door and you'll know exactly what made us fall in love with our home. The expansive wall of glass sliding doors immediately leads your eye through the spacious and open living area with its high ceilings and magnificent stone fireplace to the serene water views beyond. The kitchen and dining area share this wonderful view. There's no better way to turn the mundane chore of doing dishes into a magical moment than watching as dolphins churn up the water in search of their next meal and an osprey swoops in to steal it first. And did we mention the sunsets?

What makes this property unique

To us North Pinellas is a gem of a location. Not only is it a great place to call home with excellent schools and friendly neighborhoods but it is also a great destination for out of town visitors; away from the crowds of Clearwater Beach yet with some of the countries best beaches, restaurants and golf right on our doorstep. One of our favorite features of the area is the Pinellas Trail, a 38 mile rail to trail project that connects our favorite places from Tarpon Springs down through Dunedin and beyond. The cycling is easy and our home includes some great quality bicycles for you to use and enjoy.
