We seriously picked the PERFECT place for our stay! The location was absolutely ideal—we could walk everywhere! The apartment had incredible views of the city, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and despite being in such a great location, it was wonderfully quiet and relaxing.Everything we could possibly need was provided, making our stay completely effortless and enjoyable.Christopher, our booking agent, was fantastic to work with! Communication was seamless, and he was always incredibly responsive, helpful, and timely with updates.We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location, comfort, views, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

This property was perfect! It was very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. There was a really nice view of the skyline and only a short walk to OTR. Communication with the host was great. I’ll be marking this as a favorite and will visit again.

The property was as described. The location was great. The steps are a bit hard for older adults… but we were aware of this prior to our stay from previous reviews.Things that could be improved easily:Lighting in the living area was very poor.There was only one ice cube tray which was quite annoying. The shower curtain/liner in the primary en suite needs to be replaced (Dirty/old). It was too warm for sleeping in the second bedroom, a ceiling fan would be a great improvement.! Otherwise, the property was comfortable.

In general, the property was great. There were two small issues that made this less than a 5-star for me. The first one may have been bad luck, but we had a fire detector that was chirping in the evening hours on our first night. We had to hunt for it, finding it in a drawer. I'm willing to believe a prior guest was to blame for it not being on a wall or ceiling, but it was a bad way to start. To his credit, Chris did come remove the device when notified of the issue. The other issue was that the garbage disposal was broken. Hardly a crisis, but definitely an inconvenience. Communication was good, and the shower and sleeping arrangements were a-ok. I'd stay again, especially if the disposal gets fixed!

We really enjoyed our stay at this 3rd-floor walk-up. It is a historic-looking property with a lot of modern updates. Parking was in a lot beside the building, which was a lot easier than parking on the street. The hosts were available and answered any questions we had. They also provided us with a list of local eateries and entertainment. All were with walking distance. If we go back to Cincinnati, we will be sure to book here again.
