Apartment 608 in the Mönchgut building is located in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin and offers 32 m² of space for up to three people. It is situated on the first floor of the Seepark Sellin holiday complex and is ideal for a relaxing vacation on the island of Rügen. The fine sandy beach, the Baltic Sea, and Lake Sellin are only about 900 meters away. Shops and a bakery are located directly in the complex and are easily accessible on foot.

The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains, as well as a living area with a double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. Free Wi-Fi, a television, and initial bed linen complete the amenities. Enjoy relaxing hours outdoors on the southeast-facing balcony.

A special bonus is the year-round 25% discount on admission to the nearby AHOI Water Park and Adventure World. Starting Easter 2026, guests will also have free access to a modern fitness center. A bicycle storage room and a children's playground are also available on the premises. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

A security deposit of €100 is required and will be refunded upon departure.
