The Space:

Welcome to this stylish 40 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a building, perfectly situated on Rue Michel Le Comte in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Rue Michel Le Comte runs through the northern Marais, a neighbourhood that blends historic architecture with one of Paris’s most vibrant contemporary scenes. The surrounding streets are lined with art galleries, concept stores, wine bars and some of the city’s best restaurants, all within an easy walk.



The Centre Pompidou is just around the corner, and the Musée Picasso, Place des Vosges and the Jewish Quarter of Rue des Rosiers are all close by. The area is particularly lively on weekends, with the galleries and boutiques around Rue de Bretagne drawing a local crowd alongside visitors.



For transport, Rambuteau (line 11) and Arts et Métiers (lines 3 and 11) are both nearby, with Hôtel de Ville (lines 1 and 11) equally convenient. The neighbourhood is also very walkable, with the right bank riverbanks and Île Saint-Louis reachable on foot.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have the property all to yourself during your stay. We are available by email phone should you require assistance during your stay.
