The historic city of Cambridge lies to the west (15 miles), home to the renowned university, with popular attractions including the River Cam, the Fitzwilliam Museum, King's College Chapel and the Mathematical Bridge. Bury St Edmunds lies eastwards (20 miles), with a wealth of great places to eat and drink, alongside The Hunter Gallery and Moyse's Hall Museum. For a day at the races, Newmarket is 6 miles north. The area has a variety of other landmarks, with West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village, Bottishall Airfield Museum, Lackford Lakes, Anglesey Abbey and Audley End all within 18 miles.
A wooden pathway is easily accessible and leads through the picturesque wildflower meadow to this charming cabin. Heading inside, the cosy and relaxing open-plan lounge/kitchenette/diner/bedroom offers a warm welcome, providing a lovely space for you both to snuggle up together after a great day out. The cheerful lounge has ample seating and a Smart TV, with a useful kitchenette offering plenty of equipment for preparing a romantic meal for two. The main accommodation is rounded off with a sumptuous double bed.
Back outside, the cosy decked area has a table and chairs, providing a relaxing spot for a quiet drink or for dining alfresco as you enjoy the tranquil views across the site. From the cabin a path leads down to the shower block where each cabin has a stylishly arranged private shower room. Exploring the surrounding grounds, you will find a putting green, boating lake, a picnic area and a sweet treehouse platform.
