Superior and Spacious Log Cabin

This light spacious Log Cabin is very comfortably furnished, with views across the property and immediate access to Kings Forest it is a perfect place for a relaxing break. With open plan living space it has a well equipped kitchen with Breakfast Bar, dishwasher, American style Fridge Freezer, dining table and lounge area, with two comfy leather sofas. The family bathroom has a Walk in shower, basin in a vanity unit and WC. The Kingsize bedroom has an ensuite dressing room, the single bedroom has a hanging rail for clothes.
Free WIFI included.
Sorry Adults only. No Pets allowed.

This superior Log Cabin is located on Wideham Farm. We also host an Adults-only Caravan Park and also welcome horse owners with the horses for holidays. We are best known for being a quiet location where people can relax and enjoy Kings Forest or explore the local area.

Guest access; The Log Cabin is self-catering, and completely yours for the stay; no sharing with anyone!

Other things to note; We are a quiet location and kindly ask all our guest to be aware of others who want to enjoy their stay. No noise after 10pm please.

Fantastic lodge

Such a beautiful lodge. Well-equipped. Peaceful location. Comfy sofas and bed and great shower. Had a lovely 5 night stay in the log cabin and really enjoyed it. The owners Leigh and Jane were really nice and friendly. Would highly recommend a stay here

Nice and quiet

The cabin is comfortable and quiet. Water and heating are excellent. Be advised the internet is less than 1Mbs. But the site is rural. Plenty of hiking and sitesee

Why they chose this property

We are located a mile outside the village of West Stow, in the stunning Kings Forest, found opposite the Anglo Saxon Centre and West Stow Country Park. A rural location but less than a fifteen minute drive finds you in the medieval town centre of Bury St Edmunds.

What makes this property unique

Unique in that you have Kings Forest on your doorstep! Watch the wildlife from your windows, or grab your walking boots to go exploring. The Lodge is cozy anytime of the year, use it as a base to go further afield in to the Suffolk Countryside or just relax!
