The nearby market town of Axminster, just 3.5 miles away, offers a vibrant weekly market along with a variety of independent shops, while the charming seaside town of Lyme Regis, 8 miles away, boasts a sandy beach and historic harbour. Enter the barn into the open-plan living space, kick off your shoes, and hang your coat to the right. Up a single step into the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook up some evening meals with locally sourced produce. The contemporary styling continues into the downstairs shower room off the kitchen, which boasts a large walk-in shower and WC. Moving upstairs, a snug area with a TV and some bean bag seating awaits, great for occupying the children if it clouds over. To the right of the hall is a double bedroom with slanted ceilings, oozing country charm with beamed supports. Opposite the hallway to your left is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and WC.
Outside, enjoy a private decked space which is enclosed so that your four-legged friends can relax. To the side of the cottage is a large BBQ, perfect for enjoying some al fresco dining and taking in the far-reaching countryside views. Private parking for two cars is provided.
