The dining room, seating up to 21, is ideal for celebratory meals, while the well-equipped kitchen includes a large oven, induction hob, and two dishwashers to cater for large groups. There is also a utility space with an additional food preparation area and washing machine, plus a wet room with shower and WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, the farmhouse offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms. You’ve got a king-size room enjoying garden views and an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, plus a further two king-size rooms and one double with views across the front gardens. There is also a bathroom with a hand-held shower over a clawfoot bath. The converted stable block provides five additional bedroom suites. There is a four-poster king-size suite with en-suite shower room, while the remaining four open-plan mezzanine suites have en-suite bathrooms with a bath and separate shower. They also have ground-floor lounge areas with sofas and TVs.

Outside, the grounds are designed for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy al fresco dining with a brick-built BBQ, gather around the fire pit overlooking the Wye Valley, or unwind in the wood-fired hot tub.
