The main residence at Clarendon House is a substantial five bedroom character house in Westbourne. Sleeping 10 across two floors, this property offers ample space for large families to get together and explore the wonderful local coastline. For even larger groups, there is also the opportunity for further accommodation through the penthouse apartment and annexe on site. Both are also available on booking platforms.

The Main Residence at Clarendon has it’s own private entrance which leads into a large hallway. From the hallway, there is direct access to the property’s sitting room, kitchen, dining room, snug and lastly the boot room and downstairs WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for your stay, and has integrated appliances including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine and wine cooler. It is also complimented by a large kitchen island and breakfast bar, ideal for prepping and enjoying your meals. The snug is the perfect location to relax and watch your favourite movies with a large TV and bar area.
All five bedrooms are situated on the first floor, as well as a large shared family bathroom (toilet, sink, heated towel rail, bath and separate shower) and an office room. Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 all boast double beds, with the master benefitting from a king-size bed and ensuite with shower. The fifth bedroom has four single beds.

Please note that this property also has two other short term rental units on site, a three bedroom penthouse apartment and a one bedroom annexe.

Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds. Pets allowed in line with our house rules. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 11pm-8am.
The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form in order to facilitate a smooth check-in.

- Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance)
- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning
- Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay.
- Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 2. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
