Comfortable spacious home in quiet suburban neighborhood with easy access to DC. Guests have exclusive use of the entire main house (ground floor with kitchen, living areas and half bath, second floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and finished attic with one bathroom).
We welcome well-mannered dogs of all shapes and sizes.
No third party management. Owner is personally involved and invested in ensuring guests have a great experience.
Host maintains use of separate basement apartment during guests' stay and may reside there, pending coordination with guests. Basement apartment has private entrance and street parking around the corner.
Basement and main home are separated by "hotel suite style" lockout in stairwell.

Fabulous stay!

Our family was in town for a funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. The house was in a lovely area a short drive from ANC. It was spacious and comfortable for 3 couples & 1 teenager. Our host was generous, compassionate and gracious. We would recommend this property and would rent it again if we all returned to the area together.

Stay in arlington for our DC visit

Broc was available for all of our questions, gave us lots of good information on the area. We had 8 adults, the house easily accommodated all of us. Just a quick Lyft to DC and Arlington cemetery, most trips were 10 to 15 minutes. Definitely would stay in this house again. Thanks Broc for everything!

Perfect in every way!

This house was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with all our traveling needs. (Which is always a risk at any VRBO.) We needed a place to stay for a family burial at Arlington National Cemetery. This was a dream for our family to stay together comfortably, feel safe, and not stress over the little things. It is perfectly situated in Arlington for ease to all the sites, grocery shopping, and some great restaurants. And Broc was an absolute delight! He supplied us with all the details we needed ahead of time, and answered any questions we had during our visit. We hope to stay here again when we come back to visit ANC. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Perfect for graduation weekend

We stayed at Broc’s home for my daughter’s college graduation weekend. While only minutes away from the airport and city, the house is in a peaceful, beautiful Arlington neighborhood. It was a perfect place to relax in between graduation events. The four bedrooms on the second floor are spacious and private with three full bathrooms. The third and fourth bedroom share a Jack and Jill bathroom. My husband and I, and our teenage daughter, sister and mother in law were very comfortable. And there was room to spare! There is a third floor space as well that is more dorm-like and perfect for kids or teenagers. Broc was a very attentive host and left detailed instructions for navigating the house. I was so grateful to find this gem of a house that could accommodate our need for comfort and relaxation to balance out the busy graduation weekend!

Great experience!

In the area for work for the summer and needed a bigger place when my family came to visit. The house is in a great neighborhood and quiet area and is perfectly furnished with everything needed for us. Broc(owner) was ultra responsive if there was something we needed, which we rarely did. Would definitely recommend staying here if you need a great house to be in!

Fantastic Property and owner

We wanted to be close to family living in Arlington as well as have easy access to all the sights in DC and the surrounding areas. Broc's house was the perfect location! We were a 10 minute drive to DC but could walk to nature trails that took us outside and in the fresh air away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Broc accommodated each of our special requests around our unique group and travel arrangements. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean! Funeral at Arlington National Cemetary

Lovely home, very comfortable and user friendly. The location is excellent. Less than 15 minutes to the cemetary, airport and Lincoln memorial. The owner is communicative and helpful!!!! We woukd definitely stop here again if available to us. It was a home away from home.

Arlington Family Gathering

Overall, the property was as-advertised and was a good location for hosting me and my family for a ceremony at Arlington National Cemetary. Broc was there to meet me at the house to give me the keys and give me a walk-thru of the property. He was also kind enough to provide a food-basket and a couple bottles of wine. Everything for the house and stay was well documented, except for the check-out procedure (strip beds, wash dishes, where to put key, etc?), so we did our best, and everything worked out.

Great Property - Great Host - Great Weekend

Of the dozen times we've used HomeAway, this was our best experience ever. Our host was gracious, accommodating, informative and kind. We had room to spread out, for family style dining and late night talk-fests without disturbing those who'd gone to bed. All in all, a tremendous experience in a great locale. 20 minutes from this property to rental car return at DCA.

Perfect location for our relocation into DC!

We rented this home for one month as part of our relocation to DC. The home is very large and in a great location! The owner, Broc, was very attentive to our needs, going so far as to introduce our kids to the neighborhood kids for some sledding after a morning snow fall! The master suite was REALLY impressive and our kids loved having the loft as their play area! We didn’t nearly fill up the home, it really would be perfect for a larger gathering since there is so much room. Thanks for a great month!
