T&Cs / DEPOSIT: We require completion of our check-in form, which includes agreement to our booking terms and payment of a refundable security deposit. This deposit will be returned after check-out unless there is evidence of damage, loss or failure to adhere to our T&Cs.
LONG-TERM STAY CLEANING POLICY: To help maintain the property's high standards and maximise the guest experience, we require fortnightly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ night stays) at an additional cost.
LINEN & TOWEL CARE: Please help us keep our linens and towels in excellent condition for all guests. We kindly ask that towels are not used for removing makeup or cleaning spills, and that food and drinks are kept away from beds where possible. Where bed linen or towels are excessively stained or damaged beyond normal use and cannot be professionally cleaned, the cost of replacement may be charged. If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help.
