Summary:
Bay Breeze Cottages is an Old Florida Charm Boutique Resort located on historic Anna Maria Island. Bask in the endless sun all year long, take a swim in our private heated pool with your favorite beverage, or head out anywhere on the island in our street legal gas powered golf carts to any of the local restaurants, piers, sand white sand beaches, and all other attractions the island has to offer. Come enjoy your own slice of paradise at Bay Breeze Cottages on Anna Maria Island.

The Space:
Each Cottage has a fully renovated kitchen, bath, and living area. Each cottage has a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances including: full sink, faucet, garbage disposal, cook tops, ovens, microwaves, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Exquisite granite counter tops with custom hand carved wood shelves and built in wooden cutting boards are standard. Each renovated bathroom has a new toilet, vanity, custom deluxe shower head, and vanity tiles. The bedroom includes brand new Beauty Rest Queen bed and high quality Queen pull out sofa, new 32 inch flat screen HD tv's, custom wood floors and wood ceilings throughout.

Guest Access:
Upon booking one of our cottages, you will receive a welcome email with the access code for the electronic key lock on the entry door plus a secondary code for the lock box which contains the physical keys as a back up.

The Neighborhood:
The North end of Anna Maria Island is the most desirable location on the entire island. "PARADISE" would best describe the surrounding areas of Bay Breeze Cottages. White Sandy Beaches, Two Piers, Aquatic Life such as Dolphins, Manatees, and Pelicans can be seen daily. The North end of Anna Maria has the best restaurants, shops, bars, and other tourist attractions.

Getting Around:
Included in your stay are street legal golf carts & beach cruiser bicycles which allow you to venture out to the entire island with convenience & ease. Public parking is plentiful throughout the island at all local establishments and attractions.

Other Things to Note:
Amenities and Location are what truly separate Bay Breeze Cottages from all other resorts on the island. Our Amenity Package is worth on average $1,000 to $1,500 dollars for the week if you were to rent separately. Check our "Comparison" sheet in our photos section for reference.

We are just steps from the famous Rod & Reel Pier, Anna Maria City Pier, White Sandy Beaches, Shops, Restaurants, Bars, and other local attractions. Wonderful, cozy property, clean, well furnished and centrally located. The use of the golf cart, bikes, pool and floats were an added bonus. Perfect space for single or couple (maybe with a small child too). Great support from property management when we had questions/needed extra assistance. Will plan to return :)

There is nothing not wonderful about this place! Super clean inside and out. The golf cart makes getting around the island so easy. Bean Point beach is a quick 7 minute walk, and many wonderful restaurants are within a 10 minute golf cart ride. The pool is beautiful, as is the landscaping. The washer/dryer, pool toys, beach chairs, coolers, paddle boards, etc are just icing on the cake. We contacted the property manager Dan about the cafe lights around the pool not turning on. Literally, he responded within 15 minutes and made sure they worked properly. Aall the way. We are already booking for next year!

My husband and I enjoyed our first ever winter visit to AMI at the Mahi-Mahi. The unit is small, but had everything we needed for the the two of us, plus an incredible (heated!) pool. Loved the location and the "Old Florida" feel. The detailed instructions and "guide to the area" printouts were also quite helpful!. We are hoping to return next year.

Fabulous mother/daughter get away

My teenage daughter and I take a yearly trip together while my husband and three sons go on a trip with friends. Cottage #1 was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the location near Bean Point. The golf carts and bicycles were a fun way to see the island! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Lovely Little Cottage

Our small family of 3 really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was clean and had great amenities such as the bikes, golf cart, kayaks, paddleboards, and everything else you would need for your short ride to the beach! If you don't feel like heading to the beach the pool will not disappoint. Great communication with the owner & property management.

We had a great time. The room was very tiny -- bathroom very tiny and dated, Bedroom very tiny but it was decorated cute and the other amenities made up for it being small. The pool was beautiful and we had it completely to ourselves. The golf cart was fun and the location good. The kitchen was small but it had what we needed and it all worked out just fine.

The cottage was adorable. It had everything that we needed. It was a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be but we were only there for 4 days so it worked out. Place was very cute and easy to find. Check in instructions and contact with property mgr went very smooth. Place was well cleaned, however I gave it 4 stars bc the mattress on the pull out couch looked gross. Overall, bathroom has been updated and was clean. The amenities were GREAT! Having the golf cart to zip around was perfect. The pool was very clean and had everything you could want or need. Location is amazing- short walk to the beach!

Such a fun place to explore!

Great quiet location. Got around on the golf cart and the bikes. The manager was great and was very responsive to our requests. They should offer to let us pay 15$ instead of have to drive the golf cart to the Shell station and hold up traffic. There was no room anywhere to put our clothes so had our suitcases in the living room. Not a problem though because we were outside most of the time. There was one cockroach in the bedroom on our last night. Overall it was great! Thank you for your hospitality!
