I´m Sandy Jimenez,Im originally from Guadalajara,Jalisco,I grew up in the North border line,5kms from Rio Grande, Texas,,I went to study to Guadalajara and stayed there many years,until I went to Winnipeg,Canada to live .After 2.5 chilly and wonderful years ,I came live to Puerto Aventuras 1 year,Maroma Beach 2.5 years and currently Playa del Carmen almost 2 years.....I keep busy working on Real Estate,travelling looking for nice and new spots,having fun walking,biking,taking photography,making new friends,having tintos-bohemian nights,(I sing,terrible of course,but my friends are amazing friends =) )

I bought this house because I like to live rounded by nature,lots of birds are here singing every day,I can breath fresh air and make excersice,make new friends,is a paceful and great life is here,my neightboors are from every where and Im able to get practice with my english,I love the house,is very good size and have a nice pool view and a nice yard....The terrace is big enougth to seat with company and drink a glass of merlot or just enjoy the georgeos sunset!

What makes this property unique

Amazing view from the terrace,to the pool and garden and the sunset,the yard is bigger than the regular houses of this area....I have a powerful internet that Im able to get it in the pool area.....
