Followed by the delightful spacious dining room with TV, an ideal place to enjoy romantic meals together, with direct access out to the enclosed patio with seating area. Continuing back through the hallway you will find two luxurious bedroom’s both with ample storage space, a beautiful king-size and a pretty double. Finally completing this wonderful wing is the stylish bathroom with shower over a lovely roll-top bath and WC.
Venturing outside located directly next to the property is the fantastic private games room with table tennis, Subbuteo and an array of board games to enjoy. There are two seating areas at the front and to the side of the property enjoy wonderful garden views. To the rear of the property with direct access also from the dining room, is a fully enclosed patio ideal for al fresco dining, or lazy evening star gazing, perhaps with a wee dram, good local ale or a nice glass of wine. Ample off-road private parking is available.
