This spacious 4-bedroom holiday home with an infrared sauna. It is a suitable spot for large families with children, two smaller families or several couple, but not more than 12 persons.

Die Heizung funktionierte im Winter einwandfrei und sorgte für angenehme Wärme. Bitte denken Sie daran, Ihr eigenes Toilettenpapier mitzubringen, da keines vorhanden war.

Het huis was fantastisch en van alle gemakken voorzien. Geen klachten. Wel was de ontvangst door de beheersorganisatie niet prettig. Allerlri voorwaarden en dreigementen. Logisch dat er niks kapot gemaskt mag worden en logisch dat je in de nacht niet luidruchtig bent. Maar niet netjes om je klanten schriftelijk op voorhand te dreigen met politie en huisuitzetting etc. Zo behandel je klanten niet.

Bij binnenkomst van de woning werden wij ontvangen door tientallen vliegen. De benedenverdieping was redelijk schoon, in de besteklade lag helaas wel vies bestek (nog onder de etensresten) en ook de koffiekopjes en borden waren grotendeels nog vies. De vaatwasser is van slechte kwaliteit, daar zal het vieze servies en bestek (mede) door te verklaren zijn maar voor een huis waar je best een bedrag voor betaald mag je verwachten dat dit in orde is. Lampenkappen van de grote lamp boven de eettafel helemaal onder het stof, net als de luchtroosters van de ovens. Voor het terras meubilair ontbreken kussens, ligbedden daardoor erg oncomfortabel. Schuifpuien van het zwembad helemaal onder de kalkvlekken, kan me niet voorstellen dat die recent zijn schoongemaakt. Bovenverdieping was wel schoon, badkamers ook. Geen toiletpapier voorzien dus neem een paar rollen mee van thuis. Omgeving is leuk, veel te doen, ook voldoende goede restaurants in de omgeving. Check wel de openingstijden en vooral de openingsdagen.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus, aber im Vergleich zur Qualität wirklich zu teuer. Für dieses Geld haben wir mehr Perfektion und mehr Luxus erwartet. Wir hätten uns nicht dafür entschieden, wenn wir nicht aufgrund einer Stornierung seitens Belvilla gezwungen gewesen wären, eine Alternative zu wählen. Trotz des Rabatts, den wir erhalten haben, empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als uneinheitlich. Beispielsweise ist eines der Zimmer nur mit Etagenbetten ausgestattet (5 der 12 Betten sind also Etagenbetten). Ein Badezimmer hatte ein Leck, so dass man die Dusche nicht benutzen konnte Der Airhockeytisch hatte keine Luft, sodass man damit nichts anfangen konnte. Man zahlt schon viel und muss dann auch noch für Gas und Strom bezahlen. Darüber hinaus können Sie die hohe Temperatur (und damit die Heizkosten) im Schwimmbadbereich nicht regulieren. Sie müssen Ihre gemietete Bettwäsche abholen und an einem anderen Ort zurückgeben. Normalerweise können Sie die gebrauchte Bettwäsche einfach in der Unterkunft lassen. Die Toiletten im Erdgeschoss sind nicht abschließbar, was auch etwas umständlich ist. Die WLAN-/Internetverbindung ist oft mäßig bis schlecht. Dennoch ist es ein schönes großes Haus, mit einem wunderschönen Panoramablick. Die Küche ist absolut in Ordnung und ein zusätzlicher Kühl- und Gefrierschrank im Hauswirtschaftsraum ist auch schön. Der Billardtisch im Wohnzimmer wurde viel genutzt.

Mooi en netjes huis, genoeg te doen om je te vermaken. Zwembad lekker verwarmd zelfs voor de kinderen 31 graden. We grepen eigenlijk nergens mis op. Zo compleet hebben we het nog maar weinig gezien. Minpuntjes. De stofzuiger is aan vervanging toe. Voor de kleinste kinderen was er minder maar die hebben zich prima vermaakt. Speelkamer mocht iets uitgebreider/gezelliger, staat airhockey, voetbaltafel en een wii met zitzakken maar verder een lege ruimte.

Technieker 1x langsgeweest om het te herstellen. 1uur van kunnen genieten dan weer defect. Technieker dan nog eens tot 2x gekomen om wasmachinedeur te herstellen. Dit moest voor ons verblijf gebeuren en niet tijdens mijn verblijf! Email verzonden aan Valérie dat de sauna nog steeds niet werkt doch geen reactie. Getuigt van weinig professionaliteit!! Ook als t minder gaat dient u de klant te antwoorden. Aan de email dat zwembad nog vuil was bij aankomst is er wel nog eens de technieker langsgeweest om de robot aan te zetten. Dan komt er nog iemand langs om de robot op te ruimen... Het is het tweede jaar op rij dat we hier komen. Eerste jaar was alles ok. Dit jaar wat minder.

Fijne ontvangst en uitleg over het huis gehad. Het huis en de receptie waren goed te vinden en we waren blij enthousiast met de ruime opzet van alle kamers. Bij aankomst stond de kachel al lekker aan. Wat ons betreft veel te warm, maar goed. Alle ramen en deuren open gezet en het duurde 48 uur voordat de temperatuur 'dragelijk' was in huis. Het zwembad is echt top, net als de sauna! Keukengerei: we misten grote opscheplepels en een jus/ soeplepel... Voor 1 grote pan was er geen passende deksel, opgelost door een andere deksel omgekeerd te plaatsen. Temperatuur van het zwembad was 28 graden, ideaal! Sauna werkt ook goed! Zwembad deur (in woonkamer) weigerde regelmatig en ging erg zwaar. Gelukkig hadden we onze handige opa mee, beetje WD40 en hoppa, weer als nieuw. (ze hadden dit zelf ook op kunnen lossen) De openhaard aangehad, alleen deed de ventilator het niet. Wel wat warmte via het glas gevoeld. Schoonmaak artikelen: we misten een stoffer en blik, hierdoor alles via de voordeur maar naar buiten geveegd. Stofzuiger wel getracht te gebruiken, maar de zak zat bomvol en werkte hierdoor niet naar behoren. De paarden van de aangrenzende buren waren een toppertje voor onze dochter van 4 jaar. Bedden waren wat zacht, maar sliepen goed. Heel fijn dat elke slaapkamer een aangrenzende badkamer met toilet, wastafel en douche had. Ideaal voor groepen. We overwegen om de villa weer te boeken voor volgend jaar!

Ruime villa met een prachtig uitzicht . Goed uitgerust ruime keuken. Alle basisbenodigdheden aanwezig. Minpunten. Niet grondig gepoetst, de barbecue hebben we niet gebruikt omdat het rooster sterk vervuild was, evenals de grilltooster. Ramen waren vuil, evenals de ventilatieroosters nog nooit gereinigd,..Enkele ligzetels zouden een meerwaarde zijn. Verder gelegen langs een baan die in het weekend druk bereden wordt met het nodige gezoem...
