This property makes up part of a 19th century manor house, enjoying a scenic location on the edge of picturesque Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. The region’s stunning coastline lies just seven miles from the property, including those at Llandudno and Colwyn Bay. The medieval town of Conwy is situated just five miles north of the property. Known for its 13th century castle, the town is also home to good range of shops and places to eat, as well as boasting the world’s first commercial surfing lake, Surf Snowdonia, an inland lagoon where visitors can receive expert tuition with perfect surf conditions guaranteed. The centre also offers a family-friendly water obstacle course, a fun-filled way to spend an afternoon.
This property is one of three, converted from a former ballroom and featuring a range of well-maintained original details. The first room that guests will come to on arrival is the cosy lounge/diner, a homely room with a warming wood burner-effect gas fire, as well as a smart TV/DVD, and French windows which open onto the shared gardens. Moving through to the kitchen, guests will find a light and airy room with a beamed ceiling which is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine. Stairs from the lounge lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, the first of which is a charming double room with a TV. The second bedroom is a delightful twin room with large windows looking out to the surrounding countryside. The bathroom, which can also be found on the first floor, offers a shower-over-bath and WC.
Outside, the property enjoys shared access to generously-sized landscaped rear gardens as well as shared lawns to the front of the properties, in addition to which there is a pleasant private patio which makes a great place to enjoy alfresco drinks.
