To the rear of the property, the newly refurbished kitchen/dining room has an exposed brick wall feature and patio doors which open onto the courtyard garden, it is well equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, built in appliances include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining table has seating for 6 . On the first floor you will find a good sized single bedroom, spacious bathroom, further master bedroom with en-suite shower room. Stairs to the second floor lead up to a further king size bedroom with its own en-suite shower room.
Outside, the property enjoys an enclosed paved patio garden with raised flower beds. There is roadside parking close to the property , subject to availability, for which one permit is supplied.
