There are many great attractions on offer in the traditional seaside town of Swanage, including a bay backed by a golden sandy beach, a good selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants as well as amusements suitable for all ages. Head to the Victorian Pier, try your hand at a round of crazy golf or hire a pedaloe and spend some time on the water. This picturesque coastline is also a popular base for long walks via the South West Coast path or you can head inland and explore the many pretty villages nearby, including Corfe Castle, home to historic castle ruins cared for by the National Trust. Travel by steam train and really make a day of it. Ride the ferry to Brownsea Island or visit the RSPB site at Arne and admire the wildlife

From the driveway head down the slope to the entrance into this stylish semi-detached house, which is set in a fantastic elevated position. Once inside you are met with a welcoming hallway with the contemporary kitchen to the left. This well-equipped space has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine and tumble dryer. A breakfast bar area is the ideal spot to start your morning. Heading across the hallway you will find an inviting lounge/diner with doors leading to a balcony and a light and bright ambience. This room is the perfect space in which to relax after a day spent exploring as it also has an electric log burner effect fire, TV/DVD and dining space so you can enjoy leisurely meals together. Heading back into the entrance hall brings you to the stairs, which rise to the first floor. There are three comfortable bedrooms on offer here, one double and two pretty singles, where you can enjoy distant views of the Purbeck Hills. The bedrooms share the bathroom, which has a shower over bath. A separate WC can be found next door.

Heading outside via the hallway and through a gate, you will find a fabulous fully enclosed rear garden. The garden is mostly decked and has furniture ideal for enjoying meals al fresco.
