With views of the abbey and boasting private parking, this terraced property is ideally located for a relaxing break, yet within a short walk of the hustle and bustle of the busy fishing town of Whitby. The cottage is approached up the seven steps to the terrace and front door. Step into the hall and you'll find the first lounge on the right with comfortable seating and SkyTV (basic package). Enjoy the views of marina below. Head down the hall to find a dining area and kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, disherwasher and washing machine. Up to the first floor and there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and separate WC. Across the landing is the second lounge, with even better views - perfect to gather round with your group after a day of exploring, you'll find a TV. Then up to the second floor is another spacious bedroom, again with glorious views over the marina and abbey, with super-king-size bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The third floor has two more bedrooms; a twin and a double both with en-suite shower rooms with shower and WC. Finally, the top floor with the best views has twin bedroom.
The terrace area is perfect for sitting out with a drink and taking in the wonderful views or eating some fresh local fish 'n' chips. Private parking for one car, additional street parking is nearby subject to availability.
