2.5 miles from Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, North Naples, FL. 25 minutes from downtown Old Naples. 3 miles from Interstate I-75, 30 minute drive to/from RSW Ft Myers airport. Nearby luxury Mercato shops, 22 minutes to Miromar Outlets, 15 minutes to Naples Fort Myers Greyhound Racing complex, 40 minutes to Ft Myers Beach.

King sized bed in Master BR. Twin beds in second BR with brand new linens. Each bedroom has a full bath. New large screen Smart TV's in Livingroom and Master Bedroom. WiFi and xfinity cable. Screened lanai with table/chairs, overhead fan with lights. Private laundry area with washer/dryer. Quiet neighborhood, 50% owner-occupied.

Florida Winter Retreat

Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Excellent blacktop area to walk on with shade & sun. Very friendly people with welcome smiles & offers of help when needed by renters. Beautiful grounds which are well maintained View from second floor lanai looks out to swimming pool & has sun all morning in this southerly direction. Large, well maintained, pool is exceptional. Only drawback is a health issue that makes it difficult to do steps daily. The condo living area is excellent.

Less crowded North Naples, close enough to Old Naples to be convenient, far enough away from Old Naples to be quiet and away from Old Naples traffic, and much closer to RSW Airport and Ft Myers. This property in the condo complex is a 2nd floor vaulted ceiling interior unit, that is directly across a pond from the community pool and hot tub, with a walking bridge across the pond directly situated at the corner of THIS building!
