Good to Know Before You Book
The cottage is set over two floors, with a staircase up to the bedrooms. This is a period stone building, so some of the original doorways and steps are low and uneven. Parking is on the street nearby and cannot be guaranteed; you are welcome to pull up outside the door to unload, but Church Path is a public path, so cars can only stay a few minutes and not be left there. Check-in is self-guided from 4pm via a lockbox at the property, with full details sent on the morning of arrival.

Extra charges
Pets are welcome at £10 per pet per stay, up to a maximum of 3, so please include any pets when booking. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at £10 per hour, subject to availability, and can be requested after booking through a secure third-party platform.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
