The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and a third bedroom with two single beds, served by an additional full bathroom.

The villa also features a laundry room equipped with a washing machine for guests' convenience.

Completing the property is a fully independent guest annex located on the lower level with its own private entrance. Designed to ensure maximum privacy, it accommodates up to three guests thanks to a double bedroom and a single sofa bed. The annex also includes an open-plan kitchenette and a private bathroom, making it an ideal solution for couples travelling together, families, or guests seeking complete independence during their stay.

The outdoor spaces have been carefully designed to provide the ultimate relaxation experience. The garden terrace features a private infinity pool equipped with a counter-current swimming system, as well as a comfortable Jacuzzi with hydromassage, where guests can admire the sea while enjoying the spectacular sunsets that make Gallura so famous.
