Carefully furnished, this modern cottage is quietly located in the countryside in a green park of 2000 m², between Bergerac 20 km (vineyards of Monbazillac and Pécharmant) and Périgueux 35 km, 1 hour from Saint-Emillion; village with shops about 6 Km.
Private pool of 4 m x 8 m covered, heated (open from May 1 to September 30), with deckchairs, parasol, shower.
Two terraces: a covered and a discovery, with garden furniture, a ping-pong table.
Inside: 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 140 beds and 1 dorm room with 3 beds of 90), 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, dining room-kitchen (oven, microwave, plate cooker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a sitting area. All equipment is new. In addition, at your disposal: baby equipment (wooden high chair and wooden bed) and washing machine in the laundry (access from outside).
Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of guests indicated upon reservation.

The best Gite we've ever rented!

This property was the best gite we have ever rented. Spotless on arrival, the facilities were great (heated pool, table tennis, sauna etc) and the very friendly owners on hand. We stayed here as 1 of two families and would recommend it for anyone wishing to visit the Dordogne Region.

Superbe semaine de vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une très grande propriété, au calme. La maison est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Nos petites filles ont bien profites de la piscine , ainsi que les enfants et grands parents. Il en est de même pour la table de ping pong. Seul inconvénient est la distance pour trouver un boulanger. Superbe séjour. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Nous avons pu manger d'excellents concombres et courgettes du jardin. Maison à recommander.

Paradijsje in rustige omgeving

Het goed gebouwde en geïsoleerde huis (koel bij 38C buiten) was zeer verzorgd en goed uitgerust. Het zwembad was splinternieuw (staat nog niet op de foto’s) en was veilig afsluitbaar voor onze kleindochter. Nathalie en Bertrand waren zeer gastvrij en makkelijk te bereiken.

Super séjour dans le Périgord !!!!!!!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre gîte. Il était très propre, fonctionnel et tout était conforme à nos attentes. La pièce principale, les quatre chambres et les deux salles de bains sont bien conçues pour une grande famille et rien ne manquait. La vaisselle et le linge de maison étaient de bon goût. L'accueil des propriétaires du gîte est à souligner, ils sont discrets tout en étant présents, aimables et très conviviales. Merveilleux séjour dans une maison confortable et très bien conçue !

Nous venons de passer une merveilleuse semaine dans ce gîte très bien conçu ! Le réa de chaussée est grand avec une cuisine spacieuse et une très grande table qui rend les dîners très agréables. Les 3 chambres sont très confortables avec beaucoup de place pour ranger ses affaires. Les deux salles de bain sont également très fonctionnelles. Les enfants ont beaucoup joué dans le très grand jardin et nous avons profité de la piscine tous les après-midi (Premier semaine d’octobre!). La piscine est un rêve: magnifique, grande, propre, chauffée, avec une très belle vue! Et Bertrand et Nathalie sont très chaleureux! A notre arrivée nous avons trouvé une bouteille de vin en cadeau et des tomates du jardin... je dois dire que ces tomates étaient les meilleures que j’ai jamais mangées ! Bertrand et Nathalie sont très discrets mais présents en cas de besoin ... Une semaine parfaite dans une région magnifique! Nous reviendrons certainement !

Super verzorgd huisje met zeer mooi omliggend terrein wat veel mogelijkheden biedt!

We genoten deze zomer van een zeer aangename vakantie op het domein gedurende 2weken (5volw + 4 kids) Bij aankomst een ontvangst met een glimlach. huis was zeer netjes voor ons beschikbaar. Ook tijdens verblijf werd het domein piekfijn onderhouden. Oppervlakte biedt genoeg mogelijkheden om buiten te eten, zowel in schaduw of zon. Wat voor ons ook een grote + was, was ook het feit dat je geen handdoeken en lakens hoefde mee te nemen, dit alles beschikbaar ter plaatse. Kortom verblijf je graag een tijdje in deze buurt dan zeker doen.

Une nuit en Périgord

Gîte occupé pour une seule nuit mais la durée, si courte soit-elle, nous a permis d'apprécier le confort, la décoration soignée, sans oublier le calme et l'accueil des propriétaires. Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.
