Sia Apartment is a warm, well-equipped 52 sqm apartment on the ground floor of a quiet residential building with classic alpine architecture on Strada Vasile Alecsandri in central Predeal — Romania's highest mountain resort, set at 1,040m in the heart of the Bucegi and Baiului ranges. The snow-capped Bucegi peaks are visible from the street outside. The apartment's most distinctive interior feature is the triangular attic-style window in the living area, framing views of pine forest and mountain slopes that change with every season.

Sleeping
A double bed in the private bedroom with patterned hotel-quality linens, fresh towels and blackout curtains for deep mountain sleep. A crystal chandelier and floor-to-ceiling mirrored sliding wardrobe add character and generous storage. A sofa bed in the living area accommodates 2 additional guests, with bedding stored in the living room cupboard.

Living and Dining
An open-plan living and dining area with a Sony Smart TV (110 cm), dining table for 4 and the apartment's signature triangular windows — an architectural detail that fills the space with natural light and mountain views. Warm hardwood flooring throughout connects the living and dining zones naturally.

Kitchen
Fully equipped walnut kitchen: 4-ring induction hob, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and fridge-freezer. Glass-fronted display cabinet stocked with ceramic tableware, cups and glasses. Cookware and utensils provided.

Bathroom
A full private bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain, bidet, WC and basin. Heated towel rail for warm towels after a day on the slopes — a welcome detail in mountain winter. Natural window light and dark stone-effect tiles throughout.

Heating and Comfort
Individual apartment boiler located in the hallway near the entrance, with mobile thermostat for efficient, controllable heating. Blackout curtains throughout. No air conditioning — Predeal's 1,040m altitude keeps summer temperatures naturally cool and comfortable.

Entertainment and Connectivity
Sony Smart TV (110 cm) with cable TV in the living room. 500 Mbps fibre WiFi throughout — router located next to the television.

Practical Amenities
Washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and mop. Everything needed for comfortable stays of any length.

Parking
Free parking on the platform in front of the building — first space from the staircase. No lift — ground floor apartment with direct, easy access for guests with luggage.

• In case you use the kitchen for cooking, please wash all the utensils used before checking-out.
• Please treat our home with love and respect. We love to share it with the world, but we ask you to keep in mind that we've thoughtfully renovated and furnished the home, and everything inside and outside has a meaning to us. If something happens, please let us know ASAP.
• Please pay attention with your bags, in order not to leave scratches on the walls or on the floor.
• The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain on the premises. Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged
• Smoking: Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy in the apartment or elsewhere inside the apartment building (although you are welcome to smoke on the balconies).
• We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement.
• To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when it's not in use or leaving the house.
• Entertaining: We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain them. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends.
• Protecting the furniture: Please place coasters under bottles and glasses; Please clean up any spills immediately and do not sit on the furniture in wet clothing
• The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom.

• Child Safety: To avoid injury, please supervise small children at all times while inside the property.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to use the balcony for smoking. Please note that smoking inside the property will result in a 500 lei penalty fee.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Parties and Events: No parties or organized events are allowed.
• Quiet Hours and Schedule: Please respect the designated quiet hours (22:00–08:00 and 12:00–14:00). Standard check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is between 09:00 and 11:00.
• Early/Late Access: An additional fee will apply for requests regarding early check-in or late check-out.
• Long-Term Stays: For stays exceeding 10 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled (following additional payment). This includes a change of bed linens, towels, and toiletries, as well as vacuuming and mopping of the floors and kitchen.
• Invoicing: If you require a fiscal invoice for your stay, we can provide one upon request.
• Damages: Any damage to the property or loss of belongings is the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Legal Requirement: Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with Romanian Law (GD 237/2001, republished in 2008, Article 2, paragraph 5). Please ensure you complete the check-in form sent to you via the platform messages.
