Diese Wohnung hat wirklich einen tollen Ausblick auf den Hafen von Vittoriosa. sie wurde uns leider in einem sehr schlecht gereinigten Zustand übergeben Plus: - Diese Wohnung hat wirklich einen tollen Ausblick auf den Hafen von Vittoriosa, - Leider ist die Aussicht, die im Wohnen/Essen/Kochen Bereich ist die einzig schöne Aussicht. - eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, leider hat die Spülmaschine gefehlt. - Die Schlafzimmer haben alle eine gute Größe und jeweils Schränke zum Verstauen der Wäsche. - Die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen hat gut funktioniert. - Aufzug bis direkt vor die Wohnung - Parkplatz der Wohnung zugeordnet - Waschmaschine und Trockner - Mückengitter in den Schlafräumen Schlecht: - Alle Schlafzimmer +beide Bäder haben keine Aussicht, nur Luftschläuse noch oben und andere Fenster gegenüber. - Leider nicht der WiFi, nur im vorderen Bereich, desto weiter hinten die Schlafzimmer, desto schlechter die Verbindung, bis keine Verbindung mehr im Master Schlafzimmer. - Die Bäder könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen, Masterbad überall Schimmel in den Ecken - Der Wasserdruck Bäder sehr schlecht - Die Lichtqualität in den Bädern ist wirklich schlecht. - Der schmale Balkon zum Hafen hat leider keine Stühle zum Raussetzen. - keine Spülmaschine in der Küche, lauter Kühlschrank - schlechte Matrazenqualität, Kissen müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut zentral. Es gibt fußläufig einige Restaurants und Cafes und Bootsanbindung zur Valetta.
