SHARC Passes, Easy Walk to Village, Lodge, tennis, spa, golf

Welcome to our cozy retreat! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is in the heart of Sunriver (Circle 1) with super easy access to the village, Sunriver Lodge, golf, SHARC, bike paths, and Sage Springs Spa. We offer 6 free unlimited use SHARC water park passes for use during your visit.

Our comfy home features a gas fireplace in the living area which is open to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is amply stocked with all the amenities and the breakfast bar provides a nice space for visiting while you cook. The large dining table seats 6 and we have a high chair for the little one in your group.

The living room has a 50" flat screen TV, surround sound, digital cable, DVD, and free WiFi. We also have 4 cruiser bikes and an outdoor BBQ with patio furniture for enjoying the evenings on the deck. Relax in the private hot tub and enjoy the stars!

We have provided many books for both children and adults, as well as a large selection of family games and puzzles. Our quiet loop is a great place for the kids to ride their bikes around and around!

Both bedrooms have very comfortable queen beds and large dressers to provide plenty of storage space, so you can unpack and relax. The master has its own bathroom and flat screen TV. The sofa also folds out for extra sleeping space. We also have a portable crib for babies and toddlers.
We have attached covered parking to keep the snow at bay during your stay.
Sunriver is a very relaxing atmosphere, but there are activities available all day! You can golf, swim, bike, play tennis, shop, dine, go for walks in search of local wildlife, and so much more. Mt. Bachelor is a short 25 minute drive and Bend is about 20 minutes away. There is so much to do, you are going to want to extend your stay!

Your personal key code is sent via email a week or two prior to arrival. We like to offer late check out whenever possible. Regular check in time is 4 pm and check out is 11 am.

Holidays are excluded from specials and discounted stays.

I very much enjoyed staying at 3 Squirrel as a winter home. It was a perfect base for my skiing at Mt. Bachelor and for accessing nearby back-country skiing, in addition to driving up to Bend to meet friends who live there. Within Sunriver, it is very conveniently located close to the Village. The house itself was quite comfortable and the host responsive to my questions.

This was a perfect spot to accommodate a brief work trip - easy walking distance to the Village shops/food/etc and a short (walkable) distance to activities at the Great Hall and Lodge. All amenities were as advertised. Check-in/check-out was simple and easy!

The location was the best part of our stay!The house wasn’t cleaned well, there were only two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, no washcloths, the showers were ridiculously small and the show curtains didn’t stop any water from coming out on to the floor.The ‘AC’ was a wall unit thing that absolutely didn’t cool anything down so it should not post that there was AC in the house…

We love our Sunriver home. It has been such a fun place to build family memories all year long! When the girls were little, we had breakfast with Santa, a visit from an elf, and a sleigh ride in the winter and they loved to bike, ride horses, and play in the pool in the summer. Now that they're older, they still love all of those things as well as being able to explore Sunriver on their own. We always have a great time when we stay at our little retreat!

Why they chose this property

We love the weather in Central Oregon- snowy during the winter and sunny in the summer. We rarely see the rain we get in the valley. Sunriver is quiet, but has a lot of activities to offer. I feel truly rested when we return from a trip to our Sunriver home.

What makes this property unique

Our family loves to go to Mt Bachelor in the wintertime for skiing and sledding. Sunriver has a ton of fun family activities during the winter Traditions schedule. We also love the biking, pony rides, golf, restaurants, music, etc. Sunriver is definitely our happy place!
