In the living room, views of the ocean await through large glass sliders that lead to the private balcony. The balcony has an additional outdoor dining area with seating for 6 guests and a high top that seats 4.

The dining table seats 4 guests and the kitchen counter seats an additional 3 guests.

The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and has magnificent water views. This inviting space is composed of white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and crisp white cabinetry. For guests who love to cook, this well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite meals.

When ready to rest and recharge, guests have two spacious bedrooms to choose from. In the Primary bedroom, there is a King bed with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is largely open and provides excellent ocean views. There is also balcony access from inside the room. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen beds and access to the hallway bathroom. There is plenty of room for everyone in this condo.

The building offers a shared pool, easy beach access and grill areas.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
