Country Charm A – Pet Friendly Group Cabin

Close to town, but away from the noise sits Country Charm A, one of the four Country Charm cabins.

This cozy wood cabin has a king bed in the downstairs bedroom and a king bed in the open loft. The downstairs bathroom features a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. On those chilly nights, or long days spend your time soaking in the cabin's indoor jetted garden tub.

The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs and WiFi. The road from the cabin leads right into town to all the shops and restaurants. After a fun filled day of activities in and around town, you can sit and relax on the large front porch while watching the sun go down. Come experience Helen while staying in this cozy, country cabin.

This is a pet-friendly cabin and a one-time per-pet fee will be added if you bring your dog(s). The pet fees that will be added to your reservation are $75 + tax for the first and $25 + tax for each additional.

• Minimum Age Requirement: Country Charm A is available to families or to guests 21 years and older.
• Parking: Space is available for 2 vehicles.
• Access: The road is paved for 1/4 of a mile from Main Street and then turns to dirt and gravel.
• Pets: Country Charm A is pet-friendly.

Beautiful cabin. Everything functioned properly. Lovely front porch with a swing and 2 rocking chairs. The cookware, dishes, silverware and glassware were not too nice. Omly 1 wine glass and teaspoon. No body soap or shampoo and only 2 rolls of toilet paper.

Little Gem

Great place for our small family! Easy walk to downtown Helen, but far enough to avoid traffic noise while enjoying the large front porch and sunset in the evening. Well-stocked, very clean, and very comfortable! We would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic cabin for a family of 3. My wife and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom and my son in the loft. We brought our golden retriever as well as the cabin is pet friendly. Not only was she welcome, we were surprised by a couple of towels left just for her! Fire place is electric but generates a little heat. The HVAC works perfectly fine to heat the cabin. The cabin was very clean and fit the bill for what we were looking for (barely off the beaten path and close to town). If there was any negatives, it was that there were wasps in the upper windows. We noticed a bee/wasp killer spray in the kitchen after an hour and then began started seeing them after about two hours. Only had to kill 5 over a 4 day period which seemed to wipe out whatever population was left over from the spray before we got there.The management company reached out several times to ensure everything was going well, which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

It was great. My partner and I stayed in the bedroom downstairs and our six year old son stayed in the loft upstairs — totally safe and clean. Easy drive into downtown Helen (like literally 2 minutes), easy drive to Anna ruby falls (15 mins), and then we went up to this hogpen gap area about 25-30 mins out to watch the sunset from 3500ft elevation. Incredible. Anyway the property was perfect with a fully equipped kitchen, lovely front porch, perfect living area. Would def stay again.

We arrived early(2hr) and the management advised we could access the cabin at the time but we went to Helen to eat and explore. The parking would have been difficult if all 4 cabins were in use because there is only 5-6 spots. Everything worked; appliances to jet tub. I do wish there had been a W/D; we were active all day, every day. We chose Helen for all the things to do there and it is central to several other places we wanted to do;

Enjoyed the stay very much. This is a cabin type property, that is, not fancy, but very clean and well appointed- with lots of privacy and a quiet location, so - since this was exactly what we were looking for, it was perfect! Roughly a one minute drive to town, but out in the country…nice!

IN OUR OPINION THIS CABIN IS LOW QUALITY FROM WHAT WE HAVE BECOME ACCUSTOMED TO FROM VRBO. DIFFERENT TV SERVICE IN EACH ROOM. (THIS WAS WHAT WE WERE TOLD) THE BLOWER ON THE ELECTRIC HEATER DID NOT WORK VERY SMALL SHOWER IN BATHROOM. HARDLY ENOUGH ROOM TO TURN AROUND BED IN DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. SOME OF THE BLINDS ON WINDOWS WERE EITHER BROKEN OR JUST DID NOT WORK. WE CHECKED OUT A DAY EARLY DUE TO UNCOMFORTABLE CONDITIONS. THIS WILL CERTAINLY CAUSE US TO CONSIDER WHETHER TO USE VRBO IN THE FUTURE.
