This was a great place to stay at a good price. We very much enjoyed the cabin and the location. We’re 4 senior citizens and one of the beds was difficult to get in due to height of mattress - a little stool would have been helpful. My other suggestion for improvement would be higher quality toilet paper. I’d definitely stay there again!

Perfect Cabin for Us!!

This was our first time staying at Hutch cabin and we can't brag enough on how wonderful it was! It was so comfortable, almost as much as home, and the VIEW! Oh my goodness, we loved just sitting out on the porch looking at the beautiful mountain that was so close you could almost touch it!!! We definitely will be back!!

Peaceful Getaway

The setting and view were just gorgeous. It was really clear and could see the mountains. A little windy to build a fire in the pit outside but the fireplace was warm and welcoming. Loved the cabin.

Amazing cabin

Amazing cabin private beautiful surroundings close to Helen and the gold mine Cabin spacious bed’s mattress and pillows very comfortable the 2 patios one in the back enclosed and one through master bedroom with amazing views The host, Bridget , prompt in responding I would stay there any time Truthfully I wish I could live there I would give 100 stars if possible

Fantastic Cabin

Great scenic views on covered front porch, fully equiped kitchen, 2 bathrms and 2 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Fire pit was nice for nightitme outdoor activities, wished swing was there. Excellent TV with multiple channels available. Would recommend to everyone for a relaxing quite cabin!

Refrigerator froze food, TV difficult to operate, remote falls apart, no propane or instructions, master bath tub doesn't drain. Sheila very nice and responsive. Owner doesn't fix problems.

Charming cabin

The hosts were so extremely friendly and accommodating. It was a true pleasure staying here. The cabin itself was absolutely charming, with a beautiful view, and felt homey & spacious. The only drawback was that although the cabin was tidy, the floors and surfaces were not clean. (Sticky spots on wood floor, black grout on both bathroom floors that should have been light grey, slow draining tub) That kind of grossed me out, to be honest. I tend to think that if the floors aren’t being cleaned properly that the other areas are being neglected as well. 😬🛏️ Garbage was picked up daily. 👌 The outside of the cabin was very nicely maintained. This has nothing to do with how wonderful the cabin is, but I felt it’s worth mentioning that if you enjoy taking walks around your cabin, say, first thing in the morning or after dinner, you’ll want to know that you’re restricted (by geography) to walk down the long driveway and road leading up to the cabin, then back up. There are no other walking paths. I’m only mentioning this because my elderly parent (who were supposed to go with us on this trip) wouldn’t have been able to walk that incline so they would have been stuck in the cabin and bored. This cabin offered the peace and tranquility we were desperate for.

Beautiful cabin in a nice, secluded location with the best view we’ve ever had. However, the floors weren’t as clean as they should’ve been and this cabin has no washer and dryer which is fine if you only stay two or three days. We stayed seven days and luckily had packed enough clothes.

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in Helen.The view is incredible and we especially enjoyed sitting on the wraparound porch and taking it all in.
