Check fireplace gas valves including outside fireplace and barbecue. Close all of the windows, close the blinds and drapes in the bedrooms. Turn off all ceiling fans -hold the bottom power button.
PLEASE LEAVE: Two keys, gate card, and two garage remote controls on the hall table. Lock all the doors and leave through the garage. (Press “ENTER” on the keypad). We hope you enjoyed your stay!

Tuscany In La Jolla

The interior of the home is exactly as seen in the pictures. The finish out is high quality and comfortable. The location of the 2-block gated, secured, well maintained and very quiet neighborhood is excellent. I would not feel comfortable staying here if my peeps or pets were loud. Jeanne and Carlos were wonderful to work with!

Excellent Location, Comfort, Decor

My wife and I stayed at Carlos & Jeanne’s townhouse for 3 weeks in June. We had a wonderful time and plan to return. What we loved about the place was: 1) Location! Easy access to Black’s Beach (best beach in San Diego), nice walks across the road in UCSD, Great sunsets at the La Jolla glider port (and access to the beach), wonderful walk to the town of La Jolla, close to shopping (Whole Foods, Ralphs, Trader Joes), lots of restaurants (only did take out). 2) Comfortable! Beds, bathrooms, outdoor furniture, hot tub, very private, lots of elbow room, very quiet, etc. 3) Décor (Spectacular) – Amazing stonework, woodwork, ironwork, furniture, oil paintings, and treasures from all over the world. 4) Excellent high speed internet 5) Excellent & quick communication with Carlos & Jeanne. There were only two of us, but this townhouse can comfortably accommodate many more. Thanks for letting us stay in your townhouse.

Great summer in La Jolla

Beautiful, comfortable, and large home within striking distance of beaches and great restaurants. Nice outdoor area with a fireplace make for wonderful evenings when we could wind down. We loved taking evening walks to watch the sunsets from the Torrey Pines cliffs. If we have a chance to have another extended stay in LJ, it will be hard to consider anywhere else.

This was our second stay at this property. It is very spacious, comfortable, and convenient for getting around the San Diego area. The kitchen is very well appointed and stocked. It has everything you need. Feels like a home away from home and we hope to be back again!

It was a beautiful place.

I loved the townhome. I really enjoyed my stay and I would stay there again. There was only a couple of things that should have been taken care of before renting. The master bathroom sinks were clogged and should have been taken care of before renting and the air conditioner upstairs didn’t keep it cool during the heat of the day and was a little warm in the early evening. Also the owner parked his car in the garage and made it difficult for me parking and getting out.. overall it’s a beautiful home and I would definitely rent it again.
