Beautifully remodeled private home with lots of room and lots of things to do. With beds for up to 14, this 6 bedroom and 3 bathroom home is great for groups of friends, family, or coworkers. Centrally located between Denver and Boulder. 20 minutes to downtown Denver and 25 to Boulder. Also near Red Rocks, Golden, and the Mountains.

Brand new memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms. Large private backyard with patio and grill. Amazing game room with Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Foosball, and Darts. Two 50" TVs.

You will find our home to be very clean and fresh. Almost everything is new. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their privacy but also 3 common living areas for people to congregate and socialize. Well stocked kitchen for groups who want to stay in and prepare a meal. When you're not out exploring the area, you'll find plenty to do in the house to keep you entertained. Pool Table, bumper pool, Shuffleboard, darts, Foosball, card table, corn hole boards, lots of board games, two 50" LED TVs.

Great for our family trip

The house was great for our family! We had 9 people with plenty of space. The kitchen was well-appointed, and we cooked several meals and had everything we needed. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit during our trip (Colorado Springs, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Denver!). The neighborhood is walkable, with sidewalks and bikes lanes.

Great place for a retreat!

Beautiful house that is situated perfectly for a retreat. Love the long table near the kitchen, comfortably sits 8 people with laptops, and similar table outside for dinner. Great game room for breaks and perfect downstairs sofa setup for the group to watch movies.

Large Family Friendly

This is an amazing house. The owners have really went out of their way to comfortably accommodate large groups. There is a super fun game room for kids and adults. We had 7 people here and everyone had their own space. There is even a laundry room! The house is in a superb location to visit Denver or the Polar Express Train or just hang out in Golden. We will definitely return. On a side note: my son lost his treasured hat while we were here and we thought it was lost at a restaurant. The loving people found his hat somewhere in the house and returned it to us via USPS! My son was ecstatic!! Thank you so much!!

Perfect for my family and friends

My son Matt lives in Arvada CO; I have 4 children and 3 grand children. Matt's friends ; that are our extented family. We all were comfortable and enjoyed playing the games. Making beautiful memories together. Great set up; more then enough space for all of us. Clean and anything you needed was available. I would recommend this rental to everyone.... If I had a question the owners were quick to respond. Thank you for making my visit a magical trip Patricia

Game Room!

We stayed at Steve's Arvada house for a friend's wedding in September 2018. There was plenty of room for everyone coming from out of town. The best part of the house was the converted game room! All the games provided hours of competitive fun. Thanks!

This was exactly what we wanted.

We had 8 adults and 3 kids. We all stayed comfortably at this residence. It was near the event we planned to attend. It was also easy to get to. Nice sized backyard. Nice gameroom.

Nice family retreat

We enjoyed staying at this home. Loved the game room and location in the foothills. Owner was quick to fix the AC. We were disappointed in the lack of towels because the washer wasn't working, and we had a lot of people. Other than that, a great place to stay.

Great Big Group Getaway

Nice clean bedrooms for everyone. Comfortable warm house with a killer Man Cave garage. Hot showers and a great location. We had meetings at the Blue Moon Brewery and went to see The Astros play at Coors Field. Uber available everywhere. Highly recommend this rental house.

Wonderful "Home Away From Home" experience!

We had an extended family stay here beginning with a wedding, and following with a vacation to explore Colorado. The six bedrooms, huge dining table, game room, and lower lever area made this an incredible gathering place for multiple family members. The owners have extended every emenity possible in this house. Great location - close to hiking, boating, white water rafting and the Red Rocks Amphitheater!

Fun place to stay

The house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed staying there! The only small complaint is you need curtains in the 3 upstairs bedrooms. The rooms get really bright when the sun comes up and would like to not get up with the sun while on vacation. Overall the house was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again!

Beautiful place and a fantastic owner!

The house really fit the needs of our group of 8 on our annual golf trip. Steve was very responsive to all of my questions. The game room and backyard was great for us to unwind and relax in between rounds. I would highly recommend this house for larger groups. Downtown Arvada was full of great restaurants and shops. It was also perfectly centralized to some of Denver’s best golf courses.

Everything was exactly as described .... the only things we had to buy or bring was food & family. It was totally convenient ... wifi, games, towels, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, grill, clean sheets, washer & dryer, coffee makers .... and a nice big table to seat all of us. Great house for a large group that is in a nice neighborhood!

My family and friends stayed at the house while we were in CO for my daughter's college graduation. It was perfect for our group. Very spacious house so everyone had their own space. It is a very well kept house. It had all the amendities you need. The garage that was converted into a game room was an extra bonus. Lastly, Steve was very responsive to all emails and texts with any questions we had regarding our stay. We highly recommended renting this house for your next stay in CO you will not be disappointed.

Great place for groups to hangout!

Our group really enjoyed our stay at Steve's place. It was very clean, easy to find, open areas, and of course the game room was a hit! Steve was very attentive and we appreciated his quick responses to our questions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a large house with activities.

Clean and fun with plenty of space and amenities

Excellent property, we wish we could have stayed longer. Awesome game room and basement. The shampoo/soap dispensers in the showers are a nice touch, one less thing to have to worry about. The only very minor issues were a slight smell of smoke and marijuana when we first arrived, but not a big deal. Also, we couldn't find any dish towels, but we made do with paper towels. Overall great rental experience though, would stay again if in the area.

Fun week in Denver!

We really enjoyed our stay at your place! Great location and close to everything. My son loved the Arvada skatepark which is less than a mile away. Your game room was fun for all. I grilled most nights on the gas grill on the back porch. The only suggestion we can make to improve your place is to add room darkening curtains over the windows. (We like to sleep in on vacation. ) Thanks!

Love it!

We loved our stay in this home! It was very comfortable and cozy. We traveled with 8 students from school (for a total of 11) for the National Western Stock Show. After being in the car for 8 hours, the game room was a perfect way for the kids to unwind. It's close to everything we enjoyed while in Denver. I would highly recommend this home to my family and friends and I would definitely book it again! Thanks Steve!!
