HOME HIGHLIGHTS:

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: This Park District home is perfect for a family looking for spacious accommodations for up to sixteen people. You will recognize it's charm as soon as you enter this home. Right off of the foyer you will find a spectacular library filled with amazing books to enjoy during your stay and beautifully lit by a a sky light. The first floor of this home has two bedrooms - one guest bedroom with full-over-full bunks and an ensuite with shower/tub combo, and the luxurious primary is located just down the hallway. The primary retreat is furnished with a king bed, an ensuite bath and a private screened porch with trail views!

Upstairs you will enter the grand shared space, which includes a gourmet kitchen, a built-in dining nook, a screened porch and an ultra-inviting living room. Also on this floor you will find a room featuring two twin beds. This room has convenient access to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The final bedroom is found in the private carriage house. This can either be accessed from the second floor kitchen or just off the entrance to the main home! This carriage house was built with a unique design and sleeps 6 guests comfortably! With a king built-in on the first floor and a twin-over-twin built-in bunk just above, this home is ideal for extra guests or kids! The carriage house also features an open porch, private bathroom, breakfast nook and kitchenette.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

We loved the layout of the house--the library is so cute! Thankful we found it through VRBO and 360Blue did a great job communicating with us about our reservation. It is a perfect location for walking to Seaside and Watercolor shopping and food. Thankful we got to come!!

The house was nice , very clean , and plenty of room especially for kids . Nice kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. Only problem we had was 2 bikes where stolen when we went down town , besides that the vacation was an awesome experience.

The community and amenities are great. The number of beds for adults at the property seemed strange and lacking. Perhaps the description was not clear. Otherwise the house was lovely.

Prime location

Watercolor is second to none. Though this home houses lots of guests with plenty of room to spread out, a small 1 vanity bathroom for 6 beds in a room posed an irritation to our stay, among other layout issues. The location is prime to everything our kids ages 11-19 wanted to do. This home is and has been a rental for many years & it shows. This was our annual kids with friends trip, so we didn’t mind it, but certainly wouldn’t look to return.

Kick off to summer 2023!

We throughly enjoyed another vacation stay in Seaside! Beautiful home close to everything. Walking distance to both beach and Seaside shops. The fantastic walking trail is right out the back door which makes for an easy hike first thing in the morning! Our only complaint which is pretty significant, has nothing to do with the property or management company but definitely worth mentioning. If you are like us and like to set up your own chairs on the beach, access has now been restricted. Watercolor beach abutts the state park and there are now patrols, ushering beach goers off the state beach. Definitely limits the amount of beach access.

Overall Nice Stay

We stayed here for a family vacation with 4 kids and 4 adults. Overall it was a good experience! The location was perfect. Easy to walk to the beach, and a short golf cart ride to Camp Watercolor. Even though it’s noted in the listing, I didn’t realize how many sets of steps were in the house. I would say not an ideal house for families with very young kids or older adults. It does come with a washer and dryer, but they are very small. Just something to note if you’re going to do a lot of laundry. The house does not come with a golf cart (also noted on listing), but will run you $1200 for a week to rent. Another thing to factor into cost/planning. We did have an issue with the smoke detector battery and the oven door not closing. The property manager was very responsive and fixed very quickly. Overall we had a wonderful trip!

Location is great! The house is a good size and accommodated our families very well. Home needs some TLC. It needs a good deep cleaning inside and outside. We had to buy cleaning supplies when we got there and needed to do extra cleaning. There was a random fridge in the middle of the downstairs room which we thought was odd. Washer and dryer are very small and left some of our white clothes with dark spots. Driveway is very narrow on the side of the house. The carriage house felt very damp the whole week. We had an awesome week in Watercolor with the beach, restaurants, shops, pools, biking, etc. We will definitely be back for a vacation but will do a little more research on houses.

This home is a cut above the rest. It has a modern feel with a useful TV set up including Apple TV and Sonos in the main room. It’s perfect for movie night with ample seating and has a gorgeous kitchen with upscale appliances, quartz, and huge open floor plan. The decor was simple and elegant. I loved the built in dining table overlooking the living room. The screened in porches on both floors overlooked a serene wooded path. The bunk room was quality with steps to the top bunk. The master bedroom is amazingly comfortable with beautiful decor and plenty of windows. The carriage house was very welcoming and perfect for loud teenagers to get away, Spacious and private yet right off the second floor walkway. The most unique feature was the library and book shelves full of books. It was refreshing to see a family sharing such treasures with their renters and it was full of modern books for the whole family. Thank you for use of this beautiful home. 360blue gave the best service!! Top notch all around.
