Escape to your very own log cabin in Vermont! You will appreciate the private yet convenient location—an easy drive to the villages of Stowe and Waterbury and all they have to offer. A myriad of activities are within a short drive, yet you may choose just to stay put considering the beautiful mountain views and the large well-maintained yard and deck. During fall foliage, you are literally in the middle of it all!
This charming home is well appointed with stainless steel appliances in the well-stocked kitchen, cozy furnishings in the great room, a floor to ceiling fieldstone fireplace, and expansive view to the Mount Mansfield and Worcester ranges. A lovely flow through common space encourages gathering, while the three bedrooms and three baths allow for privacy. The lower level bathroom even has a sauna. An additional sleeping alcove is available with a futon if needed. The lower-level family room features comfy furnishings, a tv, ping pong, foosball, and a card table for fun. A favorite for friends and family alike.

Such an amazing home! Quintessential log cabin that is VERY spacious! Our 2.5 year old had a blast and our dog loved running around the big yard.Added bonus that Instacart and DoorDash deliver to the property.

Vermont getaway

This is a beautiful home in a picturesque location. We were visiting relatives that live nearby and we were very pleased with the location. Although most of week the weather was rainy we still had an enjoyable visit and traveled around to many interesting local places.

What a Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was amazing for our one week stay. We had family join us from Boston and we had great memories. The owners have provided anything and everything you would need. Can’t wait to get back again. Blessings.

Great stay!

This is a beautiful house with lots of space and well stocked with everthing we needed. The basement was a great escape from the heat on the day that temps got up in the 90s. We had fun playing ping pong and throwing darts. The highlight was sitting out on the porch at sunset, listening to the wild turkeys and then watching the fireflies when it got dark. We saw a bear cross the street in front of us on our way back from dinner!!

Perry hill escape

We had a wonderful stay at Perry hill escape! The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped. Thank you to the property owners for sharing such a beautiful place with us and thank you to the property managers for caring for it so well. If we had to offer one suggestion it would be to let folks know that cell service is unreliable at Stowe Country Homes and so a screenshot of the check in instructions with lock box code is a good idea. Luckily, we picked up our keys just before the staff had left for the day at 4:30 but that could have been problematic had we picked up the keys later.

Outstanding views

Aside from a few things the entire experience was pleasant and would visit again. Having to drive over 20 min in the opposite direction to get a code to enter the property is a silly process flaw. What not email the code at check in time? Also they didn’t disclose an additional room/beds which would have been helpful to know when inviting family. Finally the keys to the tub didn’t work. :( Overall we look forward to booking again. The view is magazine worthy!

Beautiful and Quiet

Its a beautiful location and very peaceful. Views are fantastic. The property was extremely clean. Only downside is having to drive into Stowe to pick up as well as drop off the keys.

Beautiful Mountain Home

We loved staying in this beautiful mountain home! The neighborhood is lovely and close to many attractions. The house is well stocked and has everything you need for a great stay. What a fantastic location!

Dream Vacation at the Perry Hill Escape
