At the end of a quiet lane is the house 'The fusinela', away from traffic, a few minutes walk from the small town of Selva di Cadore. The central location provides easy access to not only the lifts, but also many other popular tourist areas. In the heart of the Dolomites, UNESCO, The fusinela is ideal place to spend their winter and summer holidays.

From the courtyard, which offers a beautiful view, you have direct access to housing prepared with love to allow our guests to breathe a unique atmosphere. The house has a traditional mountain Stube ancient and completely original wood-paneled room, a double bed, two bunk beds, a kitchen and bathroom with shower.

lovely and charming

we just loved this place and had a wonderful time there. The location is breathtaking and very close to an endless number of amazing hiking trails. The house is old and traditional with the atmosphere of a traditional farm house but remodelled with all modern comfort. And Paola is just the sweetest host you can think of. Most highly recommended. Great location

Cosy little old house in a small village Selva di Cadore. Great location to hike and mountainbiking in summer. Top Spots nearby. Quite appartment at the end of a small street in the village. CheckIn and -out quite uncomplicated and easy. Friendly host. Appartment has everything you need, heating is working well and kitchen is equiped perfectly as well. Great vacation in 2023. However, WLAN could be better and more reliably working. Sauna can be used if host is around.

Peaceful harbor in the ocean of mountains

Wonderful stay in this comfortable apartment, cosy & calm, surrounded by beautiful landscape with wonderful sightseeing on the mountains around (Ah Santa Lucia with the church on the hill!!) Selva Di Cadore is perfectly located to visit Civetta, Pelmo, Passo Giau, Lagazuoi, and a little bit further Marmolada & Passo Pordoi & Passo Sella.Incredible Dolomiti food in the village nearby( at Santa Fosca).Thanks to gentile Paola for her warm welcoming and information on places of interest !!! For the first we visit the Dolomiti and we found this appartement - La Fusinela- peacefun harbor in the ocean of mountain, if anyone is looking for the best place in Dolomite, La Fusinela of Selva Di Cadore would be the place where to be, we think...un forgettable vacation on this summer, already want to return there. La Fusinela

We enjoyed our stay in La Fusinela. The apartment is adorable, newly renovated but still holding the original charm (stube included). The space outside is really relaxing, with views of Colle Santa Lucia and Nuvolau. Sun room and sauna are a plus (sauna is extra price and needs to be arranged with the owner). The owner has been very helpful and responds quickly to requests. The only issue for us was the wifi, being that we had to work at night; besides the low speed, it was also difficult to connect to the router. However, there is a great coworking space just 5 minutes walking up the road.

leuk appartement met fenomenaal uitzicht in prachtige omgeving

het appartement zelf is nogal donker. Heeft natuurlijk te maken met traditionele bouw met kleine ramen. Niet zo makkelijk schoon te maken en te houden, maar wel heerlijk koel in de hitte! Wifi is tamelijk zwak en voor de huurprijs mag energie voor verwarming best wel bij de prijs zijn inbegrepen. Maar voor het overige: fenomenaal uitzicht op St. Lucia aan de overkant en een prachtige omgeving waar het prima wandelen is. Zelfs vanaf het terras van het appartement reeën gezien en bijzondere vogels zoals raaf en grauwe klauwier die je in NL zelden te zien krijgt. We denken met veel plezier terug aan ons verblijf aan Via Foppa

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar und sehr gemütlich und liebevoll restauriert und eingerichtet. Wegen der dicken Mauer ist es selbst im Sommer kühl. Warme Hausschuhe und Pullover sind empfehlenswert (man kann aber auch heizen). Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Ort in großartiger Dolomitenumgebung mit tollen Möglichkeiten zum Bergsteigen, Radfahren etc.. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und immer per WhatsApp erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, absolut zu empfehlen

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber, ordentlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin Paula ist eine sehr angenehme und freundliche Frau. Paula ist nicht vor Ort, reagiert aber umgehend auf WhatsApp und hilft. Wir haben hier tolle Wanderungen gemacht und würden immer wieder hier buchen.

La Fusinela - Vacanza 2020 Bellissima

Agosto 2020. Ci siamo divertiti tanto e abbiamo visitato luoghi incantevoli. La posizione della casa è strategica perché in pochi minuti si possono fare numerose escursioni. La casa è magnifica, arredata e restaurata con cura e passione. Pulita e con tutto il necessario per una famiglia. La Sig.ra Paola gentilissima e disponibile. Se ci sarà occasione sicuramente ritornerei perché ci sembrava di essere come a casa. Vacanza bellissima!

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und besonders die alte Stube ist sehr gemütlich, besonders wenn der alte Holzofen eingeheizt ist und man auf dem Ofen liegt. Ruhig, aber trotzdem nah zum Einkaufen und zur Pizzeria, schöne Aussicht.

Molto bella et comoda casa!

Zeer verzorgde woning met oog voor kleine details om het gezellig te maken. Zeer comfortabel! Zeer vriendelijke eigenares! Dankzij het goede weer hebben wij optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van de tuin, zodat we eventueel 's morgens & 's middags &'s avonds in de zon of in de schaduw van een boom konden eten. Het enige minpunt is de 'snelheid' van het internet: minder dan 1Mbps. Het huis is schitterend gelegen en dichtbij heel wat wandelwegen, zelfs om gemakkelijk de 2 weken toen we hier waren, te vullen! We hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Mille grazie per tutto, signora Paola!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mitten im Wanderparadis

Sehr ländlich am Rande einer kleinen Ortschaft gelegene Wohnung und doch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Museum fußläufig zu erreichen. Relativ kleine Räumlichkeiten, die bei etwas kühleren Außentemperaturen auch im Sommer beheizt werden müssen. Dafür Mitnutzung des Außengeländes mit Gartensitzgruppe, Liegestühlen und Wäscheständern. Gepflegtes Interior nach alter Tradition, ausreichende Küchenausstattung, freundliche familiäre Betreuung durch die Eigentümer, kompetente deutschsprachige Beratung zu unterschiedlichen Wander -, Fahrrad - oder sonstigen Ausflugszielen. Stetige Erreichbarkeit der Eigentümer über das Handy. Auf speziellen Wunsch war die Saunanutzung gegen einen Aufpreis von 10,- Euro pro Nutzung auch gegen die Gewohnheit während der Sommerzeit möglich. Fahrräder konnten in einem Schuppen untergestellt werden. Waschmaschine, TV, WLAN und Stellplatz für das Auto vorhanden. Wir haben als Familie zu viert unseren 14 tägigen Urlaub dort genossen, waren tagsüber meist in unmittelbarer Umgebung in der Bergwelt unterwegs und haben unsere Tage entweder mit dem Besuch der Sauna oder einem selbstgekochten Abendessen (oft im Garten) ausklingen lassen, während die Kinder im Umfeld gespielt haben. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

sehr schoene lage

Eine Woche waren wir in dem schönen Haus in Selva. Es liegt in einer herrlichen Wanderumgebung, wir haben spektakuläre Wanderungen machen können in der direkten Umgebung. Schön ist auch der Laufabstand zum Dorf. Die Kinder haben genossen vom Garten (wir auch!) und besonders begeistert waren wir vom spätnachmittäglichen Sitzen vor der Sauna mit Aussicht auf die Kapelle. Abendsonne hatten wir bis fast halb 8 Uhr. Die Wohnung ist recht klein, gerade gross genug für 4 Personen. Netterweise durften wir den Vorraum der Sauna mitbenutzten sodass die Kinder ungestört ihr Lego ausbreiten konnten. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns eine grosse Melone aus ihrem Garten geschenkt. Auch hat sie uns noch eine Teekanne besorgt die wir in der Küche vermissten. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eigerichtet. Kleine Nachteile der Wohnung sind: die Größe, es ist etwas dunkel und kühl weil es die unterste Etage des Hauses betrifft. Die Vorteile überwiegen aber bei weitem, ich kann dieses Ferienhaus wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Gemütliche , in der Sommerhitze kühle Wohnung

Gut eingerichtet und ausreichend groß für eine 4-köpfige Familie - ein großes Schlafzimmer, eine Wohnküche im Zentrum der Wohnung, in der man gut kochen und essen kann, eine alte Bauernstube mit Ofen, der allerdings nicht mehr nutzbar ist, und ein kleines Bad m. Dusche. Nicht abgebildet ist das 2.Schlafzimmer mit einem Etagenbett und der schönsten Aussicht zum Monte Averau. Schön auch die Wiese vor der Wohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht, auf der noch ein Gartentisch mit Stühlen und Liegestühlen zu nutzen ist. Selva di Cadore ist ein ganz kleiner Ort mit einer sehr guten Pizzeria und Gelateria als Dorfmittelpunkt. Im Supermarkt findet man fast alles, im Nachbarort soll es noch eine gute Fleischerei geben (haben wir aber nicht probiert). Ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Klettern und Fahrradfahren. Das nächste Bad ist etwas entfernt, in Canazei, lohnt sich aber mal zum Erholen für einen Tagesausflug. Empfehlenswert auch eine Tour auf den Sas de Stria am Valparola-Pass. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im Herzen der Dolomiten, mit schönem Ausblick! Sehr nette Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit und mit allen nützlichen Informationen und guten Tipps parat zur Umgebung. Dorfkern in 5 min. Gehweg zu erreichen mit gut ausgestattetem kleinen Supermarkt, Café und Informationszentrum. Viele unterschiedliche Ausgangspunkte für schöne Wanderungen mit dem Auto innerhalb von max. 15-30 min. zu erreichen.

Schönes Refugium in den Dolomiten

La fusinela ist wunderschön gelegen, mit idyllischem Garten und schöner Aussicht. Mit etwas Glück kann man in der Dämmerung Rehe und Hirsche beobachten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch; wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Außerdem ist es ein wunderbarer Ausgangsort für "familientaugliche" Wanderungen am Monte Nuvolau, Monte Crot, Lago di Coldai, Lago delle Baste, Monte Pore

Een absolute aanrader voor wie van rust en de Mooie Dolomieten houdt.

Mooi en gezellig ingericht, met veel respect voor de authenticiteit. Prachtig zicht op Santa Lucia vanop terras. Rustig gelegen en toch op wandelafstand van Selva di Cadore, midden in een uitgestrekt wandelgebied. Gastvrouw Paola en haar nonkel gaven ons de nodige info op een heel sympathieke manier.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns gleich in die Ferienwohnung verliebt! Das Haus liegt in wunderschöner Lage mit Blick auf die Kirche Colle St. Lucia. Die Zimmer sind mit Liebe eingerichtet, so dass man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Einrichtung der Küche ist absolut zweckmäßig. Paola und Claudio sind sehr nett, wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen würden wir auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder dort hin.

La Fusinela è una casa bellissima, accogliente e perfetta nelle dimensioni e nella distribuzione degli spazi. Siamo andati una settimana in vacanza con i nostri figli di 10 ed 8 anni e nei momenti passati in casa siamo riusciti anche a lavorare (o a fare i compiti estivi...) in perfetto silenzio, potendo utilizzare le varie stanze ed il bel giardino davanti. I proprietari sono gentili, allegri e molto disponibili, ci hanno accolto accendendo la stufa tradizionale che ci ha garantito un piacevole tepore nelle fresche serate di inizio estate. Inoltre la Fusinela si trova in una posizione strategica per camminate di ogni tipologia e difficoltà, tra Pelmo, Civetta e Marmolada, tutti facilmente raggiungibili. Speriamo davvero di poter tornare.
