This cottage, created in 2014, near the landing beaches and the sea offers an unobstructed view of the marsh, with a wooden terrace facing south / southwest over an enclosed garden. Located 100m from the beach, 1km from the seaside resort Quinéville where you can find all the essential shops, as well as restaurants, a cookie and the museum of found freedom.

Particularity of this coast: the only one in France where the sun rises over the sea and in the evening there are very beautiful moonrises.

TOURISM: In addition to the historic sites of the coast, you will enjoy discovering its many small ports such as Barfleur and Saint Vaast la Hougue whose Vauban tower is classified as a UNESCO heritage site. You will appreciate the pretty port city of Cherbourg and can visit the city of the sea and the submarine the Redoutable.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.Für Hundebesitzer: Der Zaun hat sehr große Maschen, sodass Hunde auch ihren Kopf durchstecken können - das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt.Der Empfang war sehr nett, Frau Chatin war persönlich anwesend und hat alles erklärt und gezeigt.Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage mit tollem Weitblick über scheinbar endlose Wiesen. Die Wohnung ist solide ausgestattet und punktet vor allem durch ihre Nähe zum Strand sowie ihre gute Lage für abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge ins Umland. Die Region eignet sich gut zum Radfahren. Frische Baguettes gibt es außer montags und dienstags beim Bäcker im 3km entfernten Quineville, wo sich auch eine kleine Epicerie befindet.

Es war einfach sehr schön. Die Übergabe hat, trotz unseren schlechten französisch Kenntnisse, sehr gut funktioniert. Frau Chatin konnte uns alles verständlich erklären. Das Hau sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt nochmals wieder.

Gîte très agréable entre plage et campagne

Un long week-end des plus reposants dans une gîte très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel avec vue apaisante sur un vaste horizon de champs à l'arrière et mer à 5 minutes, pour de longues promenades regénérantes sur la plage ... Proximité de Valognes et Saint-Vaast-le-Hougue, où on trouve tout pour réjouir également les papilles. Séjour fabuleux !

Urlaub zum Entspannen

Die Doppelhaushälfte liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, und sitzt man auf der Terrasse so blickt man über endlose Felder. Die Bädern sind schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist modern ausgestattet und es fehlte nichts. Die Schlafzimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Einziger Nachteil ist die Hellhörigkeit. Das war uns jetzt egal, da die zweite Haushälfte nicht belegt war. Zu unserer Reisezeit im September war es auch sehr ruhig, manchmal traf man beim Spaziergang mit den Hunden niemanden am Strand. Der Strand ist nur eine Querstraße vom Haus entfernt und sehr sauber. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir im Haus schon erwartet und auch die Abreise war sehr unkompliziert.
