Sweet Homes Vacation Getaways presents Nye Stay. The sweeping views from the famed Yaquina Bay Lighthouse to the tips of the Jetty will knock your socks off! Interested in Whale watching? You will have the best viewing perch in all of Newport from the balcony of this great in-town condo. Conveniently located in the heart of one of Newport's main districts, you'll love the convenience of being able to walk to some of Newport's finest dining and entertainment.

Comfortably furnished to accommodate up to 4 guests with plenty of sleeping options, Nye Stay is the perfect oceanfront condo for couples, families or friends traveling together. Downstairs is a private bedroom with full en suite bath. A Queen Sofa sleeper in the living room has access to the full guest bath. Upstairs is a second loft style bedroom also with en suite bath. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Nye stay also has premium channels like HBO, including DVR, on those days that are stormy and you want to stay inside! If you are feeling adventurous, take a short walk to the sand and have an old fashioned clam bake and seafood cookout!

Lovely Little Condo with a Great View!

The condo was very comfortable and cozy. It was the perfect size and set up for our needs. It was very clean and I appreciated the ease of checking in and checking out. The view cannot be beat nor can the location as it's close to all Nye Beach has to offer. We will definitely stay here again!
