This third-floor unit (elevator accessible) features living/dining/kitchen area. The living area has a brand-new sleeper sofa, brand-new large flat screen television with cable for your convenience. The master bedroom has a queen bed and new large flat screen TV to enjoy, as well as a set of twin bunks built into the hall alcove with private storage as well.
Sit on the balcony and enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the pelicans dive for the early morning catch or last vestiges of sun. Be sure and book this unit in advance - it will fill up fast!
Additional Amenities (i.e. washer/dryer, DVD, internet, etc) may be added by the owner for their personal enjoyment and allowed for guest usage.
