DETAILS: Located in the Park District! 11 WaterColor Blvd. W #201 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom WaterColor condo that sleeps 6. Guests can enjoy gorgeous views of Cerulean Park from 2 balconies and are within steps of the Beach Club, restaurants, beach access, and shopping.

Guests will love the bright and cheery interiors of this spacious condo. Hardwood floors reflect light from multiple French doors that open to a long balcony. A primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. A guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and shares a bathroom with the living area. A dining table seats 6 and is conveniently located beside the kitchen, where stainless steel appliances and wrap-around countertops provide plenty of space to prepare meals. After a busy day at the Beach Club or jumping waves in the Gulf, guests will appreciate the comfortably spacious living area. Oversized armchairs and a queen sleeper sofa surround a 65†TV, and enjoy views of the balcony and park. French doors open to a long balcony with beautiful views of Cerulean Park, a gorgeous park with a water feature that runs the entire length. Ideal location two blocks from Watercolor's Beach Club, good restaurants and shops. Warm pools. Consistently good service from staff throughout the resort. The condo is attractive with ample space for 4 to 6 people. The only downside is the living room furnature is getting wornout. Overall, the property had everything we needed. Will return someday.

Overall a great place — very clean and they were pretty responsive when we called to get some extra towels and to replace our fridge. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of room for us and our 3 kids (8, 6, and 4). We loved the two porches and used them numerous times.Amenities of Watercolor are pretty hard to beat! Very walkable to shops and restaurants, and it was very quiet at night (we had some problems for fall break in Seaside).

I would recommend this home to anyone. We initially had an issue with the bikes but it got sorted out quickly. The house is great, beds are comfortable, ac works like a charm, showers are amazing, and the location is perfect.

Spring Break 23'

This property was ideal for our family of 6. With 4 kids 8-Under, we needed a place that offered flexibility and proximity to both the beach and pools. The beach was just a short walk to Watercolor Inn Beach or an easy bike ride to Grayton Beach (a bit more relaxed in nature). A short bike ride to Camp Watercolor opened up a bunch of other options for kid friendly pools (water slides) and resort style bars/restaurants. Overall, this was a great place for the price and location.

The couch in the living room wasn’t clean and rug hurt our feet. The screen from the window was just sitting in the master bedroom. For the price you pay for this accommodation, you expect niceties above and beyond. The location is amazing and we love the amenities within watercolor.

Wonderful Getaway

This property is wonderful! The location is absolutely Perfect in every way. Just across the street from the park and one block from restaurants, shops, etc. We really enjoyed using all the Watercolor amenities and the short walk to the beach. Two bikes were included with this rental so biking to Seaside and other local attractions was a plus. Big thanks to the property management for quickly replacing one bike with maintenance issues. This was a Great rental experience and we will definitely be back and rent from 360 again!!

It was very decent, perfectly located for me. The appliances in kitchen all new-toaster, coffee maker, microwave. The rest of the condo is dated and needs upgrade for the price. Overall a good stay. The manager gave much info, hard to sort through, could be arranged better maybe.

Great location - over 5 years old count as an adult

The location is ideal. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large. The patios give added space to relax, and we used the screened in patio as our office so the kids could still watch tv inside. Please be sure count any children over 5 as adults in your booking in order to get the wristbands for the pool/watercolor HOA. We ended up getting them but took a few days. One suggestion to the owner would be to add a smart tv that allows the guest to sign into their own Netflix-type account.

A Pleasant Stay

The property could use some TLC. Old, loud dishwasher with broken hinges. Furniture is worn and a bit dirty. Kitchen utensils are sparse and disorganized. Like the coffee and ample supply of towels. Sheets are scratchy but overall bed was comfortable. No Smart TV, but a vcr and one movie (Die Hard). Porch is wonderful and overall our stay was pleasant.

Best Location!

We couldn't be happier about this property - location, size, layout, service, etc. I really can't point out anything that would need an improvement. The entire unit is very well stocked. The size is more than enough for a family of four (two teenagers). I love how the 2nd bedroom has its own private bath. I also love the wrapped-around porch with part of it screened-in. It is about one block away from the Watercolor Beach Club. This is our 6th time visiting the Seaside/Watercolor area. I would book this property in a heart beat. It is well worth the money.

Great place, but Wi-Fi and internet accessibility is almost nonexistent

Great place and location. One big downfall : Wi-Fi and internet were too slow and constantly dropping . So, no office check in, or email checking unless you went elsewhere. We turned it off and on several times to reset, and that would help for 5-10 minutes max. Then back to dropping or just freezing up. Since most things, other than work or internet reservation driven ( restaurant reservation, delivery, 369 blue info or services), it would be smart to get that fixed. At that point, you have made it perfect

Amenity bands

This property states it sleeps 6 and only gives 5 amenity bands when checking in online. I called a couple of nights before to let the mgt group that I will need another band for myself. They said they would have an extra band in the envelope at my arrival. No xtra band was given. They would let me into the pool area or any of the amenities nor would they issue me a band. After numerous phone calls and promises, someone called me and told me to go to the property mgt office, which I did, to find out that a band was already sent out. So, I had to go back to the property and wait for the band to finally get to me so I could enjoy the beach and pool with my friends. When you take a vacation that is only 5 days and you miss the first day and half of the next day because the mgt company didn’t do what they said they would do it makes you and you guests not want to return.

Parking Passes and watercolor wrist bands not available in condo

First let me state the condo was comfortable and in a great location. Unfortunately our packet that had our parking pass and wrist bands which allowed us to use all the WaterColor facilities were not available upon our arrival. We called 360 the day we arrived and was told parking passes would be delivered on Friday. Called the next morning about the wrist bands because we wanted to use the pool and they said they would get back with us. Called again that afternoon and they were still looking into it. We then were told that we could pick the wrist bands and parking passes up from Camp Watercolor which we did on Saturday. The condo also came with 2 bikes from 360 which were not clearly marked as indicated in instructions. The condo was great but we were disappointed that it took 3 days into our stay to receive our passes to use the Watercolor facilities.

November 2021 Stay

Three coworkers embarked on a ladies weekend at Watercolor. We chose our date/ time after coordinating our crazy schedules and landed on mid-Nov with a four day weekend. It was our first trip to this area of Florida so there was defined excitement upon arriving at the resort. We were greeted by beautiful ocean views and sandy shore. We enjoyed time by the pools with fruity drinks while at Beach Club. Our favorite discovery was uncovering Seaside with live music and food trucks. We managed to eat well (Polite Pig #1!) drink lots and even uncovered some night life while on friendly Uber rides down Grayson Highway. Looking forward to coming back with family again real soon.
