DETAILS: Welcome to BeachHaven at 604 Western Lake. This is gorgeous 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in the heart of WaterColor's Park District is just 2.5 blocks from the beach, and just steps from Cerulean Park and the Boathouse. Beautifully appointed, it features walnut floors, beautiful screened-in porches, door and window transoms, along with a vibrant coastal decor.

Enjoy meal preparation in the perfectly designed kitchen which offers granite countertops, stunning cabinetry and the breakfast bar with seating for 3. It opens onto the dining area with seating for 6 under a gorgeous chandelier. Great space

Loved all the space in this house with small hallways leading to bedrooms and bathrooms in each room. Loved the balcony space as well to just go sit in the morning or after time at the beach/pool. The courtesy trolley was so convenient and easily accessible to get to wherever we were wanting to go. Everything was easy with check in and out! We really enjoyed this house and were very pleased!

Best beach week yet!

This home is beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable week at the beach. This was the first time we didn't have a pool, but with access to the beach club and being so close to the beach it was not a big deal. We throughly enjoyed all of the porches around the home. The Watercolor community is beautiful and we will definitely be back. We would absolutely choose this home again!

Family Vacay we won’t forget!

My fiancé and I and my three adult children and their friends enjoyed an amazing week at Beach Haven! To have all of my kiddos within this home to share fun and dancing in the kitchen and games in the dining room, and to also have a private porch with each bedroom for them to spend some alone time was simply amazing. It’s even better than the pictures. All the amenities were available, and the staff quickly answered any question I had. I so hope to return to its convenient location to the beach and seaside and watercolor beach club. I LOVED every minute except having to leave!!!!

We had a group of 3 adults and 4 teenage girls and our experience at Watercolor was epic. We biked, walked, played tennis, played in the ocean, and relaxed. Our home was so beautiful and luxurious. We watched every sunset on the beach! ❤️❤️❤️ Watercolor and Seaside beaches. The teenage girls enjoyed meeting friends in Seaside and eating good food. This is a little piece of heaven. Thanks for a great visit. 360 Blue was so responsive when we needed anything. Check in and check out were very simple and the app provides so much information.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The location of the property is great. We could walk to the beach, the shops at Watercolor, and the shops/restaurants in Seaside. There were 3 adults and 5 kids in our party ranging in age from 6 to 16 and the configuration of the home suited us well. We cooked in twice and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and in good order with the exception of the ice maker in the fridge (not a big deal - we just bought a couple of bags of ice). We would recommend this property to others and would consider staying again. Thank you!

Unfortunately the red tide was here this week. Our family wasn't coughing or sneezing and wanted to spend a few hours at the beach, unfortunately Watercolor beach rentals decided NOT to set up our umbrellas or chairs and NO refund! This split between 360 Blue and St Joe is very frustrating for guests. Our rental had a refrigerator on the blink with no response from mgmt after multiple calls, the digital thermostats were preset by the owners to 76 degrees. No matter how many times we tried to turn it down, it automatically reset to 76 within a few minutes., that's too hot! We won't be back to Watercolor this summer, after 10 years, already made reservations elsewhere.
