This 1752 square house has private fenced in yard has 2 mature fruit trees (Lemon tree and grapefruit) and now an orange tree, fire pit and a covered patio space great for grilling..
The house has 2bds/2baths, with King size bed in master and Queen size in 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, private exit to the patio, master bath has walk-in shower and enjoy watching the 55 inch TV in the comfort of your bed.
The 2nd spacious bedroom has a large closet and the 2nd bathroom is right next door.
The living room has queen size sofa sleeper for extra guests, a 65' TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu and HBO, along with cox cable and the house is equipped with Panoramic WIFI.
House is also equipped with Amazon Alexa, you can ask her recipes, to set timers, pay music and so much more!
The spacious dining room located right off the kitchen is the perfect spot to have friends over for dinner. We purchased this property in December 2017.
Cook in the fully equipped Kitchen with all new appliances and comforts of home or on the outside grill. You can sit and casually enjoy your meals at the expanded counter, or have a dinner party for 8 comfortably at the dining room table.
Westbrook Village is a 40+ plus community with two Championship Golf Courses and two Rec Centers featuring Olympic size swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, Library and restaurants. Secure RV parking is available.

Originally from Vancouver Canada we moved to Arizona in 2005, we loved it so much we decided to never leave! We are avid travelers, when we are not traveling we live only 5 minutes from this property. We have 3 cats (much to my husbands dismay), and love pets. We knew that if we had a property it must be pet friendly as we appreciate that your animals are family not just a pet. Recently acquired my Realtor license as well (Tricia)
Why they chose this property
We looked for years for the perfect vacation rental, when we found Westbrook Village we knew we found it. The neighbors are amazing, friendly and so very helpful. The amenities are amazing, 2 heated pools, hot tubs, library, gym pool tables, tennis courts and 2 restaurants on site!
What makes this property unique
Newly renovated with a large fenced/walled in private yard. Great for pets and privacy. Great location!
