Large Brick ranch home that has 2 separate living rooms or in other words both a formal living room and a rec room and a four season room that was turned into a large bedroom. It also has two kitchens and a laundry areas. The 7 bedrooms are set up with 4 bedrooms on the main level and 3 bedrooms in the lower level that has two big daylight windows. We actually just turned the four season room into another large bedroom for those families that need more bedrooms. It can be converted back to a sunroom when you arrive if needed.

We have 2 king size beds, 3 queen beds, 1 double bed, 3 twin beds plus a single hide a bed and a roll away bed. We realize that there might be families that need more sleeping arrangements so we tried our best to accommodate.

The home also has a patio with a privacy fence around it that is great for a BBQ with your family and friends or co workers.

This property is located in the Meadows Association which includes a private outside pool that might be taken away for our use because we a short term rental - ask me about that before you reserve the house. There is also outside basketball and tennis courts plus a park right off the walking trail just two blocks away.
