SPACIOUS, perfectly located home! Hot Tub, Pool Table, Theater Room!

Thank you for the feedback. We’re sorry that some aspects of the stay did not meet your expectations, but we’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. The refrigerator did experience an unexpected issue during the stay. As soon as we were notified, we immediately sent a technician to the property and had it repaired. The upstairs AC is functioning properly. The home uses Nest thermostats, and we have occasionally had guests need assistance operating them. Had we been made aware of an issue with the upstairs temperature, we would have been happy to help troubleshoot it or send someone out if necessary. Regarding the towels, the home is fully stocked to accommodate large groups, with the main towel supply located in the cabinets at the end of the hallway. With 16 guests, there are substantially more towels provided than could fit in a single dryer load, so unfortunately it appears the additional supply was overlooked. The screen door being broken is new information to us, and we appreciate it being brought to our attention. We will inspect and repair it as needed. We also appreciate the comment regarding the outdoor hammock. Because it is exposed to Pacific Northwest weather, it can develop mildew, and we will be replacing it. We were surprised by the comments regarding the overall cleanliness, as our cleaners did not observe the conditions described, and guests staying immediately before and after this reservation specifically commented positively on the home’s cleanliness. Nevertheless, we take cleanliness concerns seriously and have shared the feedback with our cleaning team. Finally, the people waiting before checkout were not the owners. They were our professional cleaning crew. Because they clean multiple homes each day, they sometimes arrive early and wait in their vehicle on the public street until guests have completely checked out. They specifically remain in their vehicle so they do not disturb or pressure departing guests. For context, this reservation was approximately $425 per night for a group of 16—about $27 per person per night. We work hard to provide a large, well-equipped home at a reasonable per-person cost, and when unexpected maintenance issues do occur, as with the refrigerator, we make every effort to address them immediately. We appreciate the feedback and will continue addressing legitimate issues as they arise.
