Historic house on Madison Av. in midtown Memphis. 2nd floor apartment has private front and rear entrance with gas BBQ Grill on upstairs back patio. Guests have the entire upper floor of the house. Fully furnished apartment, primary bedroom has king size bed and ensuite bath, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, private common area has queen bed, Separate Living area and dining room, kitchen with DW and micro, full 2nd bath. Spacious apartment comfortably sleeping 6, on site laundry with 1/2 bath. Parking is at the rear of the house. The driveway is shared, so must not be blocked.
The entertainment of Overton Square is just a few blocks away where you'll find restaurants, lounges, the playhouse, Memphis Ballet, and shopping. Within a block is Huey's, Chick-fil-A, and Kwik Stop (Mediterranean Food. Self-check in with keypad.

Partially updated second floor building with large rooms and many quaint touches of original architecture. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is in a good central location to get anywhere in the Memphis area within 15 mins.
