Hi Walter,
I am glad the home was what you needed and where you needed it to be. Please feel free to book your stay here upon your return. Safe travels.
Lena was the bomb! What an awesome host. The house was perfectly located for the convention that we were attending downtown. It was centrally located for shopping and sightseeing. The house is older and wonderful...all the little nooks and crannies! The 2nd bathroom had a wonderful walk in "spa" shower.

Hi Cynthia, I am ecstatic the stay was all you wanted and where you needed it to be. Please again consider Jax on the Hill for your next stay in Memphis.. and tell your friends!Lena Mac.
We were in Memphis for work and looking for a place to stay that allowed pets. It was a good place to stay with the large back yard and the 5 minute walk to some walking paths behind the neighborhood.

Cute big house very cozy
I love the interior of this house. It was three bedroom with two baths which helped out for me and my significant other to each have our own space. It did turn cold while we were in Memphis, but the heater worked phenomenally. I love that it had a Keurig coffee maker since I’m a coffee drinker in a cute kitchen that provided everything we needed as far as utensils, pots & plates. Having TVs in the rooms was nice and Wifi. It was close to Graceland, which was the main attraction I was attending. It was extremely close to Beale Street, which was another attraction that we saw and enjoyed.

Hi Delaine,
I am glad the home met your needs. Please consider stopping in again if ever you return to the city.
Overall location was perfect. Close to downtown and Overtown Park. However, the air went out in the heat of summer. The host came immediately and worked on the air until it was fixed. Will consider staying again when in Memphis.

Hi Tuyen, we shared your review with the homeowner, who would like to respond with the following: We were not made aware of any issues with the door during your stay. Upon inspection, we found that the interior front door's deadbolt was engaged, which may have prevented it from closing properly. This issue has since been resolved, and please rest assured that the exterior front door remained secure. We’re glad the rear access provided you with a sense of security. Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We truly appreciate your feedback!
The house was exactly how it was described online. The street was very busy ( also disclosed online) but easy to manage once the traffic light turns red. The only not so good thing was the internet wasn't very good. The TV(s) kept freezing up and our phones were slow. The backyard is beautiful. I loved that they had a doggie water dish out for my fur babies.

Hi Jeannine, I am glad you and your group enjoyed the space. Thanks for the notice about the WIFI, the internet has been adjusted to a better speed. Come back to visit soon!
It was difficult to park and pull out of the driveway with cars whizzing by. Both the tub and the shower had drainage problems and there was rotten food in a basket on the kitchen counter. Also, there were two big bottles of laundry detergent but they were both empty and there were no dryer sheets so we had to buy our own. The manager was great with communication but very weird about the garbage even though our garbage was going to stay in the big trash cans for a couple of days until garbage day after we checked out. I dont understand why we get a binder telling us to do all of these things, like roll up our bedding so they can wash it and take the trash out before we leave when all of that is supposed to be included. I was on vacation, not paying for the use of a house to have to still work.
