Great communication with host. In a good location, close to a lot of things. Did not realize the unit was upstairs, which was fine with us. It's an older home, so everything creaked. I just felt bad for the people below us. Not a lot of wall outlets. Overall, we had a great stay!

Owner changed our location at the last minute to a smaller place then I had booked. The AC unit didn't work right. The place had a strange smell that started to make my wife sick. Overall bad experience. Would not ever recommend.

While it was slightly smaller, we made sure it was clean, functional, and offered at no extra cost. We wish you had contacted us during your stay so we could have addressed the AC or any odor concerns immediately — we’re always happy to assist and want every guest to feel comfortable. We value guest feedback and will continue improving based on honest concerns, but we also feel this review doesn’t fully reflect the effort made to accommodate you fairly under sudden circumstances.

This was horrible! It was not a true representation of what was listed on tje VRBO website! This is not a whole house! It is 2 apartments in one house. Separate entrances but nowhere in tje property details or pictures does it show as 2 units and 1 being upstairs as ours was. AC was not working properly, was increasing in temperature! The bedding was not cleaned sufficiently! We found stuff on sheets and in beds! Gross! We have pictures! Needless to say we did not stay! Went and got a hotel same night we checked into this dump!!

The guest was local. He threw a party over there, completely trashed my place, was not ready to check out until 4pm. Ultimately I had to ask help from local law enforcement to get them out. Took me days to get my place back in shape.
