Charming and completely renovated with beach themes throughout, this downtown duplex is located just south of Broadway and around the corner from the Turnaround. (1 min walk to Prom). Living room has queen sleeper sofa, flat screen smart tv ; free wireless internet included. First bedroom has a queen bed; the other bedroom has a bunk set (2 twins) plus a full size futon. Private enclosed patio in front and back for outdoor BBQ and dining. Fully stocked kitchen, board games and some sand toys for the kids. You won’t want to miss this one! Parking for 2 cars, no smoking or pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT PROPERTY.

We loved how close to the promenade, beach and main commercial strip this rental was! It had nice, homey living spaces, good parking... and our kids loved the bunk beds.

Cozy and close to the ocean!

The distance from the ocean couldn't be beat. Great seating for a family for dinner and plenty of seating for movie night. The futon and Hideabed left a lot to be desired, but all in all a wonderful experience. The private patio was also perfect!

This is our second summer visit at this house and it’s perfect for our family of 2 adults + 2 kids. This year the WiFi was fast and reliable too. Very convenient location, clean and comfortable, has all the little things you need.

Rental is in very good condition, clean. You are required to start laundry before leaving, which I thought was unusual. Don't believe I read that anywhere before renting. Private setting, close to main street of activity in town, one block off the boardwalk. Would definitely go there again.

Even with Covid19

Truly enjoyed this sweet place despite needing to leave early due to COV19 situation, out of everyone's control. The duplex had everything we needed: kitchen equipment, games, tv, laundry, private small space to sit outside. Very close walk to the promenade and center of town. Communication with management excellent. We look forward to visiting again.

Overall the location was great. The property itself is somewhat dated and has a bit of a musty odor, like it needs more regular fresh air coming through. The kitchen, bath and living room were very functional and we didn't lack for any conveniences. The size was good for a family of five. We appreciated the games and beach accessories. If it had a bit more TLC and we would have rated it higher, good not great.

Hunters Moon Weekend

We arrived at 2:00 pm on Friday afternoon and we were able to get into the condo early. So appreciated that after a 6 hour drive plus it meant we were able to start our beautiful weekend. Brought all our gear into our condo and jumped into our shorts, flip flops and light swearshirts. Took a very short 1.5 block walk to the beach only to see the sky littered with about 30 shapes sizes and colored kites. WOW, totally a perfect beach day. We stumble onto the National Kite Flyers, who had been here all week. Weather was sunny, 65 degree day with 3-5 mile an hour winds. INCREDIBLE! The condo was adorable and acceptably clean. Our only negative, was we noticed in our kitchen. a very active trail of sugar ants. I know from experience these little but mighty bugs are difficult to get rid of and we found signs that management was definitely trying.. Would we come back? Absolutely without hesitancy. Very reasonably priced, the beach, shops, and a large variety of restaurants are all within walking distance. This condo, which is actually more like a cozy little cottage is great place. You would be robbing yourself of a great experience if you did not at least look into this little gem.

Arrival Advice

I had read another review about a musty smell to the place but there were enough good reviews to overlook it. However when we arrived at the property the smell was really intense and I thought I had made a terrible mistake. The first night was miserable but I noticed in the morning that the smell was considerably less so we opened up windows to get some fresh air in and the rest of the stay was great! Could be whatever is used to clean but whatever the case if you air it out at arrival you will have no issues!

June 2021 Stay

Check-in was super easy and we didn't have a problem finding the place. Unfortunately we had giant house Flys (3) stuck in the property flying around. When we arrived the place smelled just like cleaning fumes which gave us instant headaches. There was a lingering smell of stail smoke in the furniture. The location was great. Close to beach and downtown. Nice parking spot right in right too. Beds weren't comfortable. But all in all it was a nice stay.

Great little gem in Seaside

We loved our stay at this wonderful little gem just a block off the Promenade in Seaside. Comfortable and clean with all the amenities needed for a great stay. And the location is awesome...we walked and ran on the beach, strolled through downtown, and enjoyed a day trip up to nearby Astoria and Long Beach, WA.
