Just designed and furnished in stunning coastal style, our Mediterranean inspired villa at 1925 Villa Lago offers it all - impressive views of the Baytowne Golf Course and an unsurpassed location steps from the swimming pool. With upgrades such as hardwood and travertine floors, 10’ ceilings, crown moulding and granite countertops, this property is truly a “dream beach vacation home”! The home is professionally designed with comfort in mind while offering the finest finishes and furnishings. There are two golf carts included – so plan to spin around and explore the resort at your leisure. The sugar white beach is a short golf cart ride away. You can also hop on the complimentary tram to the beach. Most enjoyable is an impeccable view of the Baytowne Golf Course from the covered back patio. With comfortable outdoor seating, there is no better place to relax and unwind in a peaceful setting!

Our living area is relaxing and comfortable with plenty of seating for everyone and a 65" HDTV with cable channels. The sunny dining area offers seating for eight guests and additional kitchen bar seating for four. With granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and designed to delight the most discriminating chef! There is an outdoor propane grill for an afternoon bbq snack. A guest bedroom with a queen bed is conveniently located on the main level along with a full guest bathroom.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom and two additional guest bedrooms. Our master bedroom suite features a king bed, an HDTV, generous closet space with built-ins, and access to a private master balcony overlooking the golf course. The adjoining master bathroom is truly a retreat, and is tastefully designed with stone finishes, a soaking bathtub, and a separate shower. There is a guest bedroom with a king bed, an HDTV, a walk in closet, and an adjoining guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. A third bedroom features a custom built bunk bed (full over full) plus a twin trundle bed, plenty of closet space, an HDTV, and an adjoining guest bathroom. The upstairs laundry room provides a full washer and dryer. There is driveway parking space available for two cars. The two golf carts are to be parked in the garage for charging. If you are bringing more than two cars, there is parking for additional vehicles in the resort overflow parking lot.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
