Enjoy ski season or year round activities including hiking, swimming, tubing, rock climbing, biking, tennis/pickle ball, golfing at this premier Wintergreen vacation rental that is ideally situated on the 12th hole of Devils Knob Golf Course within walking distance of the Wintergreen Resort Spa and the Nature Foundation.

You'll find the home impeccably decorated throughout with comfortable furnishings, making the space feel inviting while maintaining its rustic charm. All the amenities you want in your ultimate home-away-from-home are here, including a new comfy King bed, Queen memory foam sleeper sofa, wood burning fireplace, in unit stacked washer and dryer, wireless high speed internet and Google Home. Our condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is perfect for families, couples or friends.

After a day of relaxing, skiing, sledding, swimming or hiking, come home and prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, pizza pan, Keurig, tea kettle, Keurig coffee pod, sugar, hot chocolate provided). Later, unwind by the cozy fireplace as you watch your favorite streamed shows (Hulu provided, your own subscription needed for other services) on one of the two flat screen TVs (55" Smart TV in the living room) or access the internet with Firefly Fiber Broadband high speed WiFi. You'll experience the best of mountain living with big windows to let nature in and a private patio, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and relax in the crisp mountain air. Surrounded by dense wooded foliage and fascinating wildlife, this home's outdoor space offers plenty of peace and privacy.

One of the top features of this condo is its location within walking distance of the Wintergreen Spa, steps away from 30 miles of marked hiking trails and 1 mile from the ski resort. No matter the season, Wintergreen Resort offers an endless supply of outdoor activities. In addition, this condo is close to several great local microbreweries, cideries, distilleries and wineries.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

If the dishwasher is running then please keep the hot water heater on, otherwise turn off the water and breaker.
Make sure the dehumidifier is running.

This was our first visit to wintergreen. The fall colors were perfect. It was a gorgeous weekend. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Love the wood fireplace! The sofa in the living room was comfy and perfect for relaxing. We loved that our pup was welcomed. We would stay there again on another trip and recommend it to others.

Home away from home

Condo was well stocked and made to feel like home. From the moment we walked in, we were comfortable and Ritta was immediately available for any questions we had. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of hooks in the hallway to hang up ski clothes, warm, quiet and cozy nights. Great escape and great place...highly recommend!

Our family loves to spend time enjoying the outdoors in the mountains or at the beach. We live in the Tidewater area of Virginia.

Why they chose this property

We understand the need to relax in a clean, calm space when taking a break from work and every day life. We bought a condo in the heart of Wintergreen for this very reason. We love that we can enjoy the year round amenities that the Resort area offers as well as take day trips to Charlottesville and check out the area's restaurants, breweries, cideries and wineries!

Since our boys are so busy with sports, we are not able to get away as often as we'd like so we are sharing our space that brings us happiness with you.

What makes this property unique

The condo is an end unit on the bottom floor so we have privacy and a private patio. Our condo subdivision is very quiet and peaceful. The expansive views are dependent on foliage during certain seasons but it's always beautiful. Parking is very convenient.

We offer 1 Gbps internet and WiFi. Stream your favorite shows on the 55" Smart TV in the living room or watch one of the 30+ movies on DVD. Enjoy several board games and cards available for entertainment.

We are conveniently located on the golf course and along one of the 30 miles of marked trails. Take a stroll on an easy trail or take it up a notch on of the more challenging trails.
